As mentioned in my title the staff at reception were very impressive and really appreciated the courtesy call on the day of arrival. The property and the upkeep has really been let go as I had stayed at the Sierra grand a number of years ago when it was new and it was worlds apart in the apartment with carpet stains/peeling and lots of marks on the walls, outdoor furniture was tired and dirty. Working in the travel industry I believe this should be a minimum standard upkeep and to replace carpets and touch up painting & soft furnishings as required.

I find the room spacious and clean, with no funny odours at all. It was far better equipped than I had hoped. I was a little disappointed at the lack of eating places nearby, especially for breakfast and lunch. However it was easy to walk to the nearby Pacific Fair Mall, where you can find everything! The front office staff are very friendly and helpful!

Room wasn’t cleaned appropriately when we first arrived. Had to get cleaners in to clean it again. Photos on website are very misleading, rom was very small. Not what we were expecting. Parking was shocking! No parks at all!

The Mantra Sierra Grand is in a great position and our room had a fabulous view but that is where the “Grand” ended. It was a bland and under-furnished apartment with a musty odour. The beds were covered with a brown blanket only and nothing smelt fresh. We were told apartments are privately owned so it’s luck of the draw. Our daughters apartment was terrible where the fake leather lounge was totally peeling and worn. We were told to park in the underground parking anywhere that didn’t have a red dot. Well that was like finding a needle in a haystack. We were entitled to two car spaces and we couldn’t find one! Very disappointing stay.

Shower in the room was horrible. water facing the room so couldn't get in without getting the whole floor soaked. Dead moths in the room. Horrible pillow and one thin blanket. No one at check out.

This was our third visit to this venue and it gets better every time. We had a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on 28th floor and it was immaculately appointed with the most amazing views. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Georgia who was on the front desk. The location is the best on the coast as it is close to Pacific Fair, a short walk to the beach and also the Casino. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Filthy carpet and aged room.

The ensuite toilet was leaking. The towel rack was broken. The hair dryer was broken. The carpet was filthy. Overall, extremely disapointing. Room needs a complete refurb. Spa downstairs needs a major clean - the condition of our bathers after sitting in the spa was disgusting.

Satisfactory, however disappointing compared to our last stay. Our apartment was much smaller this time (both were 3 bedroom) and seemed tired and out dated.

Loved how quiet it was, for my us newly weds it was a nice get away to relax and enjoy our time alone together, everything was so easy to use. The staff were fantastic when we needed it. Thank you for letting us stay, it was lovely and i hope to come back again :) The only bad thing was trying to find a park which we did eventually in a tight section, but on our last day the car park was being repainted and i'm not kidding you every spot that was free had a red dot on it, was searched both car parks for 10-15 mins before we found one spot left tucked away that didnt have a red dot on it, but the park we were using that never had ared dot suddenly had one. which was rather annoyng, then an old couple was behind us doing the same thing trying to find a park. Wasn't very good really, was the rule was any park is yours as long as there is no red dot on it.
