The staff were so welcoming and went the extra mile for us. We really appreciated how lovely they were and how at home we felt. The view was amazing and the apartment was just as good.

The apartment was clean and nice but the dishwasher didn't work, the kitchen sink smelt terrible and the washing machine made my washing very linty so I had to go over all my clothes with a sticky roller to remove it, not what I expected when paying the rate that I did.

My daughter and I had a wonderful long weekend at Mantra on the Quay. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom is perfect as Mothers and Daughters don't always like sharing a bathroom when on holidays. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, however we are now on work day 6 since checking out and still no bond refund, I had been told by email 2-4 business days. Completely unacceptable to keep someone else's money for so long, very unhappy about that, ruined the whole experience. I would have given an 8 had we not encountered this issue!

Great location, spacious apartment but could have been cleaner.

Great location, spacious apartment. Thought it was not clean enough, rubbish found under bed. Light switch in main bathroom not secure. Shower in en-suite far too small, could barely fit and was not comfortable.

The room was great, but I was extremely let down by the bed not being a queen or king, but two singles put together which we were not told about.

It appears you were complimentary upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with one of the bedrooms locked off. I imagine the Queen bed was in the locked room and I apologise for that oversight. The carparking system (lift swipes etc) is convoluted and a bit of a pain. Just to check in and try to find a park, borrow access swipes from reception, return them etc. and then on check out (in a rush for a meeting) to have to reverse the whole process, repark, get out, return the swipe - bit of a pain. Could have easily been helped by the receptionist dashing out to grab the swipe from me so I didn't have to park and get out again. I had no towels at all when I checked in. The young lady on reception when I checked in was just SO incredibly lovely and helpful. The gentleman the next morning - not so interested in being there. Pleasant, but disinterested. Overall, great location, clean, very comfy bed, great view. Would stay there again.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location being so close to the river boardwalk and only 5 blocks form Central Station. Apartment was spacious, clean but starting to show its age. Staff were excellent and very courteous and obliging.

Disappointing. Firstly we were under the impression that there was a welcome drink which we were going to use as a before drink prior to heading out to dinner so we didn't bring any drinks with us. Secondly there was no water in the room. No bottled water or even a jug of water in the fridge. Last of all three were very few tea/coffee facilities considering it was a booking for 6 people. There was one very small container of milk so therefore we were unable to all have tea/ coffee in the morning.

As a Mantra plus guest you are entitled to your complimentary bottle of water in the room but as we are a property without a restaurant or bar we do not hold a food and beverage license to provide any other form of drink upon arrival. In Queensland they have now changed this regulation where those properties can also only provide a non-alcoholic beverage to the mantra plus holder.
