Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. There is no excuse for cleanliness not hitting the mark in these regards when linked to wall marks and dust. Understanding peak periods and supply and demand is an intrinsic part of the hotel industry however we must be able to deliver on what we aim to provide. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
