My experience was good except we requested all beds to be separated and this wasn’t the case. That was a bit disappointing when we had requested it being assured this would happen.

the place was clean and spacious. the road works on 4 of the 5 nights kept us awake for a couple of hours between 1-3am, not great when travelling especially with kids.

Dirty and noisy

The carpet in my room is was heavily stained. Cream should not be used in rooms with high turn over Was not notified that there would be road works. I arrived at 11pm and there was heavy noise outside due to road works. I had a busy work schedule and would not have booked this hotel if I was aware of the distractions at night time

I enjoyed my stay at the Mantra, and the checking in and out process was easy, the staff at reception were really lovely and welcoming. The room was satisfactory, however in the corridor there was an interesting smell that was very very strong and seemed to get stronger throughout each day.

Check in was good. Room should have been cleaner. The equipment in the gym was broken/ run down. Everything seemed a little shoddy to be honest. But the location was good and I liked having a kitchen and a washing machine.

Was not satisfied with accomodation. - lights in the bathroom were flickering every time we turned it on. - bed was uncomfortable

There is no communication between the staff on the bookings phone line and the reception at the hotel. So call the hotel directly if you need to add an extra night (paid privately) to a work trip or request a room next to another guest. Room was clean and nice enough, but the brown decor seemed very dated. Hand soap in a screw top tube was annoying but manageable. More important there was a slight step into the bathroom that was a tripping hazard. Overall satisfied though.

We stayed here twice. The first time in a One Bedroom Balcony for a period of 8-17 July 2019, we found a bad smell from sink drain. When check-out, Austin was very kind to give us a pen as a souvenir. The second time in a One Bedroom Apartment for a period of 28 September - 05 October 2019, we were asked to pay a fee for wifi when check-in that made us upset but we finally got it free. We also found that there were no a foldable clothes rack, ironing board and iron but we got them shortly when called to reception. Surprisingly the clothes rack came in a non-completed condition but it was still workable. In general views, the said troubles were not significant. We were happy and satisfied with our stay here. To insist our satisfactory, we have booked directly with Mantra for our stay at Mantra on Mary between November 3-5, 2019 and November 9-13, 2019 respectively. We would like recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a best accommodation in Brisbane CBD.

We only had a short stay but loved every moment of it! Our balcony hosted great views of the Brisbane river, we were able to see Southbank and kangaroo point! The room itself was great and reception staff were more than welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

The stay was great. I only have two notes. One, wifi price was expensive. It would be nice if you'd offer a per data pricing instead of per day. Two, the rooms, although quite comfortable, are a bit spartan in decorations.

Good location , able to walk to all the sights. Comfortable bed and facilities. Apartment had an odd smell about it. Bedside table only on one side of the bed was inconvenient.

Our apartment was spacious, well appointed with full kitchen, laundry facilities, separate office and decent sized balcony. We enjoyed fresh air on the balcony, views of the river and lights of Southbank. Suggestions for dining options and meal delivery were appreciated. We have stayed here several times and fully intend to stay again when next in Brisbane.

No parking available in either carpark. Carparking can't be booked. Building evacuated due to fire alarm, last time we stayed the lifts broke down.
