Usually love my stay at FV by peppers and stay there once a month but this time I was in a room on level 2 and it was terrible. 1 Small window, bad smell plus side was there was a bath.

Your maintenance man was the friendless and nicest guy who came to fix our AC. Front counter staff were very helpful helping us to find our way around

Very pleasant experience here at FV by Peppers! The reception staff (Ms Hayley) made us feel very welcome and even included a free bottle of wine for my birthday. The hotel was tidy and in an amazing location so that I did not need to catch any Ubers when I was exploring the valley. Very happy with our stay here.
