Our apartment was very clean, was cleaned every day. Very comfortable apartment. It was in a great location in the city. Had everything that we needed and wanted in the apartment such as a washing machine, dryer, and cooking facilities. People working at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Charged additional $100.00 per night for special event that we were not there for.

Very dissapointed

Dear Harry, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations, this is certainly disappointing to hear. In regards to the rates for your reservation, they have been contracted with the organisation your reservation was made through, well in advance of your stay. check in was great . Only 1 small issue is i had to go downstairs to get bathroom towels. Other than that fantastic and very well run

We were bumped off a flight and needed to find a hotel at short notice and Breakfree was close. Gary, in Reception was exceptional in assisting us and made sure I booked through the All app to moximise our overall experience. His informative, friendly and helpful assistance made a bad day into a great time for our family. He is a star and the hotel is great too. Well done Gary, and well done Breakfree Adelaide.
