Room was spacious, housekeepers were friendly,Food was nice and Ms.Sweeetheart was so accommodating,Ms.dessi from reception was so hospitable..some points that I'm disappointed was about the first room that was given to us,no wc handspray which I found odd,water bottles were not enough and 1 of the reception lady told me that all 5star hotel is providing same,which is ridiculous to me for I am working in a 5star hotel as well.but anyways out stay is good....

The first time in my life that a hotel cuts the electricity of my room with the argument that it is time to check out at 12pm and can not be extended with the knowledge that it has been extended for two hours at the time of check in. So why this bad approach to handling and improper demand. I will not go to any of the Suffotel group after this bad treatment. Also, The pool also turned out to be slightly smaller than the pictures.

Rooms were not up to the standards of Sofitel. Dirty floors and rooms were smelly. Informed reception on the room smell but there was no response. Arabic receptionist was not at all professional and did not provide any information on our queries. Need to educate your staff more on Hotel facilities and services. The Arab staff at the all day dining restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has quiet rooms with possibly the best Restaurants. The staff is extremely caring and hospitable. Front desk headed by Olivia, supported by Anuradha, Ritika, Ratna & others are efficient and look after well. House Keeping staff is extremely polite & well trained. A special word of praise for Sweetheart, the lady managing breakfast & Mahinder, the chef. They really look after the guests very well
