We were upgraded to a very nice suite on arrival, large room with a big bath tub and living area, everything worked and it was clean and quiet. We had dinner at Sanjeev kapoors restaurant, food was good. Breakfast was ok.

« Nice stay, but a few details that must be improved. »

Pros: Very polite and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Very well designed room. Cons: Air conditioner cannot be adjusted to our taste. We like the room warmer at around 25 C. It was impossible with the AC control unit in the room. The lights are problematic. There is no separate light for the toilet area. So, when I wake up for the toilet at night, I had to turn the "main" lights of the room which wakes up every other people in the room. Why do you not put a separate switch for the toilet?

Room Furnitire is run down AC does not work TV was on for 3 days and nights and I could not switch off the TV it took 1 hour to get steam iron. the hotel has useless and cheap iron in the rooms Shower was nor workin. Had to use the hand shower Concierge never called me back when I asked them to arrange a car Overall a hotel that I would never come back to

The stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. My kids loved the heated pool. I had a small suggesting to make. It would be great if there was more coordination between the different departments. We were asked to pay for 2 Foster Beers which were missing from the mini bar in the room. We did not even know where the mini bar was in the room and so consuming the beer was out of question. I was shocked when at the time of settlement of the bill the receptionist asked us to pay for the 2 beers. It is not the question of paying for 2 beers when you are on a holiday , but paying for something you has not consumed is not fair. Things got sorted out immediately after the reception staff had a discussion with her colleagues and we were told that the matter was settled. My only request to you is to make sure that there us proper communication among the departments before you charge the guest OR the housekeeping staff is so overloaded with work that they did not refill the minibar OR there is some pilferage going on in the housekeeping department. Hope you would look into the matter and sort it out because its so shocking to hear that you have done something from the reception staff which in reality has not happened. It seems as if i was accussed of robbing 2 foster beers .... i think i can afford atleast that !!!

Stay away from manager Mr. Mousa. He don’t know how to manage customers or how to satisfy them. Really rude behavior, i was talking to frontdesk person, and he was trying to convince manager, but he shout them in front of me related my subject. Over charged ariund 350drm. Room neatnesa very poor now. Reduced everything, basic things (tooth kit, comb, body lotion) all they delivered after my request. And toomuch disturbance. Team knock 6+times n my room n checkoutday. Really disappointed. Its not 5star... max 3 or 4!

I visit dubai every month for a week since I am doctor and I have clinic here. I always prefer to stay only in Pullman Deira which is my most favourite hotel in the world. But due to very late response of ACCOR custoer service regarding my querry about higher rates on accor website for gold member having business plus card as compared to non member. I had sent them even the print screens of comparisons but they did not bother to respond. I waited for a week for response but then I booked Canvas Hotel since the rates of pullman during this waiting period had jumped to veryhigh. It was very bad experince and I was not satisfied and would never like to stay again

It was a nice stay. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I believe there are some maintenance issues in the bathroom need to be considered. there was water drainage in the bath tub, standing shower was not working and lamppost has dropped suddenly but Engineering staff fixed it. On the other hand , I would like to thank Asst F&B manager for his respectful manner in handling the miscommunication from the staffrelated to my entitlement of Bienvenue discount at Japanese restaurant.
