This hotel was everything. The service was everything. The room was luxurious, clean, comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was to die for. The bath OMG. The roof top pool was super clean. The changing rooms were hung end. I’ll be using this hotel again for sure. Thank u. Money well spent.

Actually I was very pleasantly surprised that the services and facilities at my disposal were available, in Dubai of all places, at such a competitive price. The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient in all of the aspects of my stay. Due to the brevity of my stay I did not have the opportunity to make use of all of the facilities however those that I did make use of cannot be faulted in any way in my experience. Particularly pleasing was that during my stay i celebrated a notable date in my calender which the staff picked up on and went out of their way to make this day as pleasurable as possible. I would recommend the Executive Lounge to future travelers as the services available in this venue made my stay complete. Also the staff in the Executive Lounge were very accommodating and no request was too much trouble for them.Availability and future competitiveness permitting I will make this hotel my first choice for future visits to Dubai.

A very comfortable hotel. A far bit on the pricey side, especially when I needed to extend a couple of days. Room service food delivery was very slow, but room service generally, like asking for ice was very quick. Roof top restaurant steak was like old boot leather.

« Hotel should be cleaner and needs renovation »

Our room had a mouldy smell. In public areas, room spray was overly used. Bathroom needs a deep-cleaning (mold, rust, stains). Did not like the plastic-flooring. Quality of breakfast and dinner buffets could be improved. Restaurant was too small / crowded for a relaxing breakfast. Ms. Sweatheart in the restaurant provided friendly service.

It was great. But after being charged 19 aed for an extra water bottle, we were always afraid of what can be chargeable. But I loved the hotel. We were upgraded to 7th floor. I loved the toiletries a lot. And we spent great time in the rooftop lounge especially during happy hours. Room service was great. Though the breakfast can improve. I was a bit bored seeing the same cake and pastries every day. We loved the food from signature restaurant.

Stay was quite ok not as per the expectation as first of all the staff was not courteous enough to tackle the crowd during the breakfast. Shuttle services was also poor as driver had come to pick up almost 40 minutes late from the time provided.

Husband and I stayed here for about 8 nights of our Dubai vacation. The first couple of nights we were in a room where the carpet smelled awful. It wasn’t the cleanest room and the wet carpet smell really irritated my allergies. On day 3, we went to the front desk and explained the issue and they happily moved us to another room. The new room had wood floors and it was cleaned much better than our original one. We really enjoyed our stay after our room was switched.
