When I booked the hotel via Accor hotel, I explained I am coming for first anniversary. The towels were dirty. There were no paper sandals for wearing rooms. I don't think it was 4 star hotel.

We had a problem with the air conditioning. The system was heating in the midnight, the staff could not fix it, and we had a real problem until they agreed to give us another room to stay. The staff were speaking very poor English, and some of them could not speak English at all. The breakfast was not in the order of a 4-star hotel; exactly the coffee was horrible; I had to buy it from Starbucks every day. In some instances the staff were laughing at the air conditioning problem which was very annoying. The room cleaning was also awful, and they did not clean the toilet and the bathroom sink. I had to call them to replenish the shampoo and handwashing soap.

NOTE: I have already submitted the below information to AccorHotels as I had not received this feedback form until a few days after the stay (it's OK, I don't mind submitting it again; the staff deserve a lot of credit) ======================================================================================= We would like to say that the staff members in the Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti were very nice to us and let us have a pleasant stay for the 4 nights we stayed with them. Initially, at Istanbul Airport, the driver (who I think is contracted to the hotel) was late, and by the time I managed to communicate with his colleagues at the airport, he arrived, and took us to the hotel. We were then given a very warm welcome by Emin (Front Office Manager) and his team. We received complimentary refreshments upon arrival, and Emin made it very clear that he and the staff would be willing to help us with anything we needed. We had breakfast included with our booking, but that would mean we would have to go to the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. A couple of days during our stay I was very tired from working late on my laptop, so I couldn't make it down to breakfast. Emin was kind enough to allow our breakfast to be sent to the room in this case. One night as we came back by taxi to the hotel, the taxi driver requested about double the estimated fare. We used his taxi via a taxi-booking app, and he should have used his device to show us the final fare. Otherwise, he could have used the taximeter, which is built into the rear-view mirror. He didn't use either, and manually entered his requested fare (double the estimated fare). I refused to pay this, and told him the hotel will communicate with him (as he could not speak English). Pinar, who was working in reception, came down to communicate with him and translated between us, and Mateen, one of the porters, was helping out too. The driver went down in price, but I still refused. He said that there was traffic, but this was the same route and same traffic as previous rides. He went down to much closer to the estimated price, I accepted, he came out of the car, took one of the banknotes I was going to give him, then he ripped it into several pieces, threw it on the ground and drove off. Pinar and Mateen, as well as myself, were all shocked by this unacceptable behaviour, and we went back into the hotel so that this could be reported to the relevant authorities. Cansu, also in reception, was shocked to hear about this too, and helped a lot to make me feel calm and tried passing this onto the authorities. As it was late at night, she couldn't get through, and Emin showed up as well, and promised to take this through to the authorities so that the driver would be punished. Mateen even found the torn pieces of the banknote and it was stuck back together in reception, although I wanted reception to keep it if it was requested for investigation. Although it's difficult to put it into words here, when you are in a new country, and you go through a bad experience such as with this taxi driver, it means a lot when there are people to make you feel better and genuinely show care. Throughout the stay, Emin, Cansu, and Pinar, and the porters, including Mateen, Cevher, and Eren were all very nice to us and made us feel at home. We would recommend this place to others and we look forward to coming to this hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul.

We would like to say that the staff members in the Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti were very nice to us and let us have a pleasant stay for the 4 nights we stayed with them. We were very satisfied wih your service. The only thing we would recommend changing (or improving) is your offer of TV channels. There were plenty of arabian channels or channels with arabian subtitles so it felt like your priority clientela were Arabians so that left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth. Though I am a member of accorhotels during the check-in I was not welcomed with a complimentary drinks as other (even lower budget) ibis hotels always do in Europe. At the reception I was told that they never do it. There was a noise coming from the adjacent room - I had a feeling that there was no wall in between my room and the adjacent one. Seems that the walls are made with very thin, simple and cheap materials. Never experienced such voice coming walls even in low quality hotels. Quality of the materials in bath simple and cheap. Absolutely different from other ibis hotels where I stayed before.

I like the room it was comfortable, good beds, bath, and, clean but no sound proof was little problem I liked the staff, they're very friendly and helpful. The reception and the Cafe and smoking area very good and kadir bey made very good shisha. The food was good, breakfast or the restaurant. The location wasn't really good for me but thats not a big problem. Generally I was happy to stay in your hotel. One last thing there is one employee in the reception was very nice even when my reservation agent made a mistake he solved it, without made me paid extra money Many thanks to you all.
