Was given 2 vouchers for welcome drink upon check-in. Decided to redeem for the drinks on my 2nd night by calling the room service line. Opted for 2 soft drinks (01 Sprite & 01 Fanta Orange) of my choice. Waited for 25 minutes but no one turn up. Called the hotline again and within 10 minutes it was delivered. However, the Sprite and Fanta orange were just 2 cans and it was not chilled at all. I asked for a 2 glass of ice and was told that there is no ice and if I want it cold I can just leave it inside the mini bar. The staff then walked away. This is not something I will expect from an esteemed hotel chain. Emailed the Accor customer service email but till now, there is not a single reply from them.

Located at the city centre of Changsha. Very convenient for several tourist attractions (Orange Island and Mount Yue Lu) and shopping areas (Fire God Temple, IFS, Tai Ping Old Street, Huang Xing Lu Pedestrian Street)

Overall, it is still a satisfying experience.

Hotel is located in business district with good shopping malls and variety selection of foods around. Hotel staffs is helpful and friendly. Hotel is slightly old but overall still clean.

I stayed there for one night. As LeClub gold member, I got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The room was clean, but aged. The window was small and not to be opened, the AC was not running. Temperature was around 25 C, so too warm to have a good rest. The breakfast was mediocre, the highlight was a toaster for 6 slices. Only 2 slots worked, but only on side each. The toasts slices were to thick to get properly in.. crap! The service was good, the staff friendly. The no smoking rules in the floors and lobby couldn't be enforced by the hotel. The entrance is a little bit hidden.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating to an international traveler who does not speak the local language. Extremely comfortable bed and linens. Food was a turnoff, no restaurant on site killed the entire experience for me.

The swimming pool of hotel was shared with a fitness center also managed by this center, but no reminder told this info, furthermore, when I finished my swimming but was told that there was any towel provided for hotel guest also this info was not told by hotel, finally, I had no choice but to wait until all water wind-dried. so bad experience!

The staff (night duty front desk on 3 April) was polite and fast in processing the checked in. (Around 10pm at night) when we arrived at 9pm flight. Accommodating to our request and advised on where is the nearest provincial hospital. Helped us to arrange a taxi driver to bring us there at 11.30pm when one of us had a bad case of diarrhoea.

First of all,I think the services of employees should be improved. For example, the receptionist was not warm and helpful and pose an indifferent attitude. secondly, some details such as the sorts of breakfast and display board of the lift ,should be noticed. Finally, I think the specialty of employees may be strengthened, for instance ,they provided me with an wrong type room before my double confirmation. ALL in all, as a loyal member , I believe you will provide better customers experience in the future.

Hotel Grand mercur changsh The location of the hotel is central to the markets in changsha city. My entry to the hotel was good but the problem was that English was difficult to communicate, I was paid a hotel reservation room, deluxe room, they gave me an exceutive room, then I called the room which I paid for. The room: well integrated with all the needs there are no shortcomings, but many drawer drawers do not open easily and old. Breakfast Restaurant: Do not find the quality of the food tasty and do not see a paper on the meal What are the ingredients of the meal, no sea food only the last day, also there is no cheese, the restaurant is not required. They did not have a special treatment for the Accor Hotel members, the abcret was not done for the room They do not have the color of the members, they brought me a meal for two days only and I stayed for 8 nights. The meal is a piece of toast with eggs and some fruit. During my stay I feel that the hotel is good The staff are wonderful but the hotel needs a lot of renovation. I thank the Director General and all those who helped me, especially Miss Elane chen, who knew English and was mentoring me, was active
