My 4th stay for business at your hotel, I was once again and this time especially happy with your customer service. Mike the portier in particular went the extra mile and helped me arrange a transport to the customer I was visiting, despite the complicated payment process due to the fact I had already checked out before requesting it. Beautiful hotel lobby, great restaurant with fantastic buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, lovely rooms.

Very good. Room was smaller than my previous visit. I requested to get bigger room but no. Room service was very good but area for taking bath was sufficient. It should be slightly bigger.

Nice Acommodation. Good room and service of the the personell of its best. Took good care of family, especially when travelling with a child. Thanks to employee "Lisa". Service from greeting at airport to check in and check out, fantastic, as was the service in the executive lounge. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, the only criticism that l have is that when l tried to make a tour booking, language became a barrier, despite my using a digital language translator which made audio and visual translations I spoke with four staff members on how l can make a booking, no could help, even then concierge. I was given a map and a number and told to call then, needless to say l did not go on a tour of Guangzhou. This was the only downside of my stay at Pullman Baiyun Airport Guangzhou Just a final note, l look forward to my next stay here

« Hotel Personal Got into my room without notification »

Generally, the stay is pleasant and fine but with below setbacks: 1) One of the hotel personnel just opened my hotel door without any notification such as knocking my door or rang the bell. This is a bit annoying and seems privacy is not secured. 2) I asked for my nail clipper but that is not new. They lent to hotel guest but in personal hygiene, seems not acceptable. 3) The hotel room lighted up in the lat midnight at 3AM and this is the first time I encountered since been staying this hotel for couples of time for business.

« Friendly and helpful staff, room facilities need improvement »

Shuttle buses are punctual and run every 20 minutes. Smooth check-in. We first got a room on the fifth floor of the executive wing, which is really warm and the AC was not working. The staff at the check-in gave us another room very quickly upon our request and the new room on the third floor was much cooler and comfortable. The next morning we had an early flight to catch, the concierge arranged the shuttle for us with no problem. Overall very good experience and I will choose the hotel again when I have a layover in Guangzhou.

Staff were nice and welcoming. The room we lived in on 04/02 was in the old wing. The basin was not functioning properly. There was no hot water from the bathtub.

Furst, when I checked in, there was only one receptionist and I waited for at least 10 minutes. Secondly, when I entered the room, it smelled humid and molded. The receptionist quickly changed another room for us. I think the smell was from AC area. Even though we changed to another room. The smell didn't go away.

Met at airport by Pullman staff and courteously directed to shuttle bus. Great service. Reception was very helpful with check-in, and we were assisted with the luggage to room Whilst I have stayed previously for business, this time with 4 people was a "busier" experience for me. Very nice room. Needed extra beds for kids, which were set up effortlessly and very helpful. Tried both Chinese restaurant (dinner), and Western restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Both great. Departure process and shuttle bus service back to airport both great. Thanks.

Arrived at Guangzhou airport after mid night, a few groups of people were checking in, it took forever to check us in. Room given is not cleaned, stained on carpet, rubbish used tissue found under the bedding skirt. Overall not a good experience.

As a plantium member and fan of AccorPlus and Le Club AccorHotels, I gave some feedback in last suvery email on how I think you could improve on wine selection in the excutive lounge.
