« Brief but a comfortable enjoyable stay, kids loved the fish pond »

Met at airport by Pullman staff and courteously directed to shuttle bus. Great service. Reception was very helpful with check-in, and we were assisted with the luggage to room Whilst I have stayed previously for business, this time with 4 people was a "busier" experience for me. Very nice room. Needed extra beds for kids, which were set up effortlessly and very helpful. Tried both Chinese restaurant (dinner), and Western restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Both great. Departure process and shuttle bus service back to airport both great. Thanks.

Arrived at Guangzhou airport after mid night, a few groups of people were checking in, it took forever to check us in. Room given is not cleaned, stained on carpet, rubbish used tissue found under the bedding skirt. Overall not a good experience.

As a plantium member and fan of AccorPlus and Le Club AccorHotels, I gave some feedback in last suvery email on how I think you could improve on wine selection in the excutive lounge. It's very good to see that you did show some respect on customer suvery, and add a sparkling wine in the lounge during my recent stay. Please try your best to maintain the quality in terms of food and beverage selection the the lounge. Thank you. Defintely will be back in the future.

« Great service after staying, very impressed »

After one night stay, we headed to GZ CBD And planned to came back to the airport to continue our trip, so we left a large travelling case at the concierge desk for 5 days. Unfortunately I got sick and was running really late on the departure day, we arrived the check in counter 5 min before close, had no choice but called the concierge desk and asked them to deliver the case to the counter, surprisingly they happily did so and I did not miss the flight. It is definitely went far way beyond my expectation. Great great customer service. Thanks, Pullman Baiyun Team

Ms. Lisa Zhong and Orange were very gracious in welcoming us at Executive Lounge check-in. Orange was full of smile and enthusiastic; Lisa was nothing if not professional and proficient. Grateful that she upgraded us to a corner unit: spacious, elegant, and luxurious. Staff members in Executive Lounge were friendly and helpful though most could improve on language skills. All in all, a very good experience. Only a little further to put itself into a perfect score.

rooms were very hot house keeping tried level best to make us comfortable , but failed and the reason we know , all the quilt are duck down , the water flowing from the pipes which control the room temperature is flowing hot water so could not sleep

I checked in near mid-night and found there is no towel in the the shower room.. It is surprised to me since i never experienced such incident over 20 years in a 5 star hotel. Elevator's carpet is not flat and make me so hard to pull my luggage out.

Generally is was good, but there are some small things that could make it even better: there were no Russian TV channels - why? no salmon at breakfast - for a 5 star hotel it seems to be a must.
