« All we wanted was a swim. »

We had a month in Europe. Stopped at the Pullman on the way over and on the way back to break the trip. Tired after long flights. On the trip to Europe we were not allowed to swim because we had checked out, although the desk said it was okay. On the way back there was one shower cap for the entire complex. Not allowed in the pool without a cap even though I have little hair. On both occasions the pool was deserted

« Comfortable but lack of convenience. »

1) Short of commuting vehicle from T2 to the Hotel. 2) Fully exhausted to reach the check-in counter at 1 am. Even with reservation and prior full payment, it took me as much as 15-20 minutes to get the room key. There were three staff on duty to serve 6 guests, inclusive of two airline pilots (priority guests I guess). Something wrong in your process/system.

« A VERY CONVENIENT HOTEL FOR BRIEF STOPOVERS »

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE; WE WERE UPGRADED TO A SUITE (THANK YOU); UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS A SMOKING ROOM, BUT IT WAS "OK". WE WERE MET AT OUR ARRIVAL AREA IN THE "OLD" TERMINAL, AND ESCORTED AROUND THE ENTIRE AIRPORT TO REACH THE ENTRANCE NEAREST THE NEW TERMINAL. I DON'T THINK THE GIRL WHO ESCORTED US REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A MUCH MUCH QUICKER WAY TO ACCESS THE HOTEL

« Absolute wonderful & a perfect spot for a long layover »

Loved it! The breakfast was delicious, the swim in the pool was just what we needed after a 15+ hr flight, and the massage was absolutely brilliant. We felt fresh and ready for our next flight. The staff is wonderful and so helpful especially when we emailed them ahead of our arrival. The room was beautiful & so clean. In fact we wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a great experience!

We stayed one night and found the hotel to be very convenient for travelling but a surprise on how lovely the rooms were. Excellent king size bed and lovely lobby area with a small coffee bar with muffins etc. for breakfast.

I have been traveling globally for more many years, particularly to Guangzhou, China. While I have seen your hotel (different names) from a distance I had never stopped to stay, rushing to the next destination. Super convenient to the airport, and your hotel bus pickup service is fantastic. This time I wanted to try the experience of an overnight stay to break the trip, and I am so glad I did. The hotel ambiance is fresh, modern, inviting, friendly, great service and facilities, a very nice room. I experienced a pleasant meal, coffee shop and bar experience with the big screen which is a nice touch. I liked it so much I will book to stay again in January, this time with the family. Thanks for a memorable experience

I booked an overnight stay. I had a lot of baggage and received a lot of assistance from the bellhop and shuttle driver. All of the staff, from bell staff to front desk staff, were helpful, efficient and welcoming. It was a very relaxing way to start a trip.

« Great Service & Shuttle Bus Arrangement »

Service is excellent in Pullman Guangzhou. As an Accor Silver card member, I was warmly received by the information desk and the shuttle bus from T2 to hotel is also a plus. Dinner in the Chinese restaurant in level 2 was also tasty and great ambiance. The only one area to improve on is to include sign boards in the airport or in your website directing arrival passengers on where the free shuttle bus from Terminal 2 to hotel is. I was a bit as I thought the bus was at Arrival hall. But thankfully the airport information counter told me it was in departure terminal exit row.

« Not the same as other Pullman »

Hotel is quite a bit older than other Pullman that I've stayed in. Overall, seems like quite some cost-cutting is being done while still charging rather high price (quality of F&B: specially breakfast but also dinner; overall atmosphere of hotel; tea in room;...) staff is very polite & nice (mostly) and has above average English skill (better than Pullman Shanghai South). Bar was under-staffed during WK football so instead of spending more, just left (couldn't get service).
