Typical corporate hotel with poor attitude

Stay here quite often but no more. Each time over the last 5 years the experience has deteriorated. Reception and welcome had all the charm and warmth of a stilletto blade. The room had blown lights, a bath towel had marks all over it when newly unfolded, the body soap dispenser in the shower was empty and broken, desk lamp was bent and "damaged" carpet was wrinkled and lifting. Restaurant was closed on Sunday night. Staff training seemed reminiscent of Bunnings - all noise but little if any sincerity.

Older more that has recently undergone some renovation, I found my room quite small. Bed was comfortable.

Despite having to move twice to different suite rooms the staff were always friendly and apologetic for the need for us to move (due to plumbing issues). We will come again
