Our first stay and not our last, excellent service, facilities and location , courtesy bus from CBD a real asset, Staff professional and smiling, highly recommended away from the grubby CBD.

Overall we usually enjoy our stay at hotel chadstone. But unfortunately this time we paid an extra $50 for early check in at 10am.. the room unfortunately wasn’t ready until past 11am. We were told on check in that we were upgraded & now have free parking , however this was not of use to us as we weren’t told prior & had not brought our car. We got given half price breakfast.. however I think they should’ve been able to offer a bit more, being that we did pay for early check in. They could have given us the $50 charged back or room credit. Still a beautiful place to stay despite this incident. Thank you for reading.

Hotel Chadstone is a well located, quiet and professionally managed hotel with easy proximity to Chadstone Shopping Centre. The only issue we experienced was understanding how the lighting worked. We were unable to fully turn off the lights on the first night of our visit resulting in very little sleep. However after mentioning the problem the following day to management a staff member was asked to demonstrate how the lighting switches operated. I would suggest written instructions be provided in the room for future guests to read. I would thoroughly (and have already) recommend the hotel to friends and family.
