I have already given my feedback to the restaurant manager. Also the rooms are uncomfortable - designed for glamour over function and the pillows way too hard. the light goes off when you are on the toilet so you have to stumble around in the dark. I have given it lots of chances but my stay never improves - possibly the worst Accor choice out there bar IBIS. Unfortunately I will be looking for another hotel in this location and it won't be Accor as there are no other options

Team were friendly room service was quick hotel room was lovely and really comfortable bed loved the nespresso machine the only thing that stops it being a 10 is the gym is way too small and not enough equipment

It is located in a good place and very convenient to access in the southeast area. The room is clean and the room types look similar to each other. This time, I was not happy to have the bathroom facing the bed. It was a bit uncomfortable to stay with my colleague. I was really disappointed to find out that I cannot use the welcome voucher in the restaurant located on the ground floor due to their changed policy.

We went to Melbourne for a weekend to visit family and thought we'd have a night here for a change as we love shopping at Chadstone. What a find... The room was very comfortable with gold fittings, a nice big TV and really comfortable bed. We went shopping at Chadstone in the late afternoon/early evening - it's conveniently connected to the hotel by some escalators and a short walkway - then came back for a nice relaxing spa before bed. Very nice! Parking was great and reasonably priced.

Stayed at mgallery twice. Convenient to shop at chadstone. Everything was good but i dont like the bath towels under the sink. Some got wet as a result as i didnt notice initially. Although 4 towels were given, two were relatively worn out. Shld provide at least 2 floor mats, if possible. Other than that, everything is tip top. Will visit again
