The hotel is new, the rooms are still fresh and clean, but the staff is very unprofessional. The breakfast staff is very rude, the breakfast is poor and it is never full. If something is over, it is hardly ever refilled. The orange juice machine didn't work 1 or 2 days of our stay. The staff of reception is very slow, not all the time polite, and there are many inconveniences in the whole stay.

Nice place/ location but service pretty poor: - room service: got plastic cup and water first day but that it, no refill.. after 2 days no cups and bottle water. - breakfast was good but messy, tables not cleaned, add to ask for coffee cups, food as the staff was not keeping up... although quite a few, just not organized.

Hassle free as the staff were friendly. Room is a bit tight but that's whats expected of ibis styles and it was not a problem for two people to stay. Continental breakfast was very good as well

In overall the hotel is located in great place near the metro and nice restaurants . The staff are really nice and helpful and breakfast was diverse BUT the problem is in the rooms. They are too small, no place to walk in the room and the so called closet is badly desiged and no comfortable to use.

Very strong waste smell in the bedroom we were staying (111). When we told the staff at reception on departure, he said that yes, they were aware of a problem and that it came from the kitchen/sink in the bedroom which was not being used often enough. I am utterly disguted that you can actually rent a room in that state when you are aware of a problem. We paid just under 160 euros for the night and this was definitely not worth what we paid. We had to leave the window open all night to evacuate the smell (window from which bits of the unfinished building were floating around....). The breakfast buffet was also an experience... : no clean cutlery, no bread left, no oranges left... Actually, now wondering what was left at 9.45am??? Hardly anything or if there was things left there were not put out for guests to use. When i complained to one of the ladies that we could not even find cutlery, they apologized and explained that some of the staff were off sick and they were therefore struggling. I am therefore asking for half of the payment back (80 euros) and I look forward to your positive feedback. Helene H.

In such a case, we would have changed rooms immediately and asked our technical team to solve the problem. Hotel employees entered my room every day without permission

Every day of my stay, some hotel employee entered my room while I was in it, without gaining permission. I left a day early because of this and booked into a different hotel. I did not feel safe even getting into the shower for fear that another staff person would just enter my room. They used master key cards to override my lock and deadbolt *and* ignored the hanger on the door that asked for privacy. There almost never was anyone available where the limited food options were being sold. That said, the staff, especially housekeeping, were very kind and accommodating. Also, my room door did not lock upon closing and had to be slammed very hard before it would lock when I left the room. Altogether, it was unacceptable.

We stayed 5 nights, the hotel is brand new, 150 meters from metro station (line 7) and from supermarkets, the staff was very polite and helpful, the neighborhood has some restaurants and cafes, the continental breakfast was great.

Nice hotel as expected , good location near subway. The room is a bite tiny, clean and not loudness. I regret only the reception, there is no desk it is a open space. You don't know exactly who is charged for the checking ? And the private parking was not yet available compare to the website.

The hotel is not fully done yet, to much dust, smell etc. I had allergy all the time of my staying.The night manager was too rude. The girl/day manager was helpful. breakfast is Ok. Location - far from center, looks dangerous, but metro station is in 2 min walk

Quality price is very good. Location not finished and even damaged parts in room. There were bootle parts and socks under the bed (so not cleaned properly) Light was falling out of holding Medial Treatment dismooved from room (€20.)
