Overall experience is good specially weekly wine parties and get-together of people. There are two points which needs to be improved asap 1. Every evening after 8 PM or 9PM, there is issue with Internet connectivity. You may not be even able to check official mails. 2. Cleaning quality of room is good if your are staying for less than week but for long term stays, cleaning staff do not work properly, even though it is cleaned once in week. Hope to see, positive action on above points.

Room is clean, all necessary staff is in the room. Very friendly personnel, who always is ready to help. We just did not know that hot water is not all the time, it was necessary to wait when it become warmer. But I understand that it can be normal in French cities.

The carpets are need washing or changing. The double bed is actually 2 single bed join together. If I sleep in the middle, it is uncomfortable.

The hotel is hard to reach by car if you are using google maps, since the hotel location is not on a main street. The toilet is separated not with the bathroom which is inconvenient. The shock that the check out time is 11am not like other hotels 12 or 13 o’clock. Its good hotel if you want to be close to WTC or GEM but far from center ville.

lovely hotel but in need of little tlc.I hate carpets in hotels,in our apartment carpet was very dirty,looks disgusting and had djrty spots.

There was nice staff, but one lady was very unfriendly and hostile. Room was spacious but very dirty. The carpet was a mess and changed rooms to wooden ones. Even so, there was so must dust on the curtains and almost everywhere. I had to stay there since I made payment, but it was truly terrible. Breakfast was expensive regarding the quality and varieties. The only thing that was good was fast laundry delivery.

I was there for almost two weeks during November 2018. I thought the price was a little bit high for a apparthotel, but I was wishing to give it a try. Nevermore. I'll start pointing out some pros followed by all the cons.Pros: - Sauna and gym available. Nothing too fancy, but clean enough to be used.- Generally friendly staff. Cons:- The room is half covered by carpeted floor. As some other comments said in this webpage, it had more stains than a crime scene.- VERY NOISY. People suffering from light sleep will have a lot of problems dealing with the intense fan placed in the bathroom. It sounds almost as a reactor engine and even with all doors closed it can be clearly heard from the bed. There is NO WAY to disconnect it, I requested that with no luck. The electrical leads box is placed WITHIN the room. The noise is sometimes also kind of disturbing. I had to switch it off more than once to get some sleep.- HORRIBLE Internet. This is the BIGGEST complaint I had. I stayed in the hotel for business and had to work a lot of nights after dinner. The Wi-Fi connection is just painfully slow and most of time times was directly useless. I ended up using my one phone data for most of the important tasks I had to do, which left me wondering why am I paying so much for this room. I must say also that there is very poor management of the connection itself. For three different days the Wi-Fi just fall down altogether and nothing would work. Receptionist was completely clueless about it and told me to ask for compensations next morning. What a joke.- By internal policy you only get new bedsheets, towels and general cleaning once a week. On Sunday and only Sunday. Regardless of how convenient was for me, cleaning ladies HAD to come at 1100 on Sunday and disturb me during working time. No availability on Monday or Saturday, not even Sunday evening.- Pillows are pretty slim and uncomfortable for people with difficulties to sleep. After a week I thought my neck was about to snap every time I woke up. I asked for thicker pillows but "No, can't do".- Small detail: shower has a weird geometry that does not cover you entirely which makes all the water spill outside. I don't know who came with the idea of such unpractical bathtubes.All in all I left the hotel with a very bad bitter taste in my mouth. I paid a bit less than 60 euro per night overall, and after two weeks I was wishing I never had stayed there. Poor internet and bad sleep.Find somewhere else.

Very good standards respected for bathroom and bedroom comfort, fitness and sauna, common area. One minor point compared to others Adagio visited : the pots size (2 pots with 30 cm diameter, 1 with 20 cm diameter) is not in line with cooking plates size (15, 20 cm diameter) and larger coffee/soup cups would be appreciated.
