« Apartment was not clean and very dark. Expensive parking and breakfast, but quality of breakfast was good. »

Dirty, even dingy apartment. Broken couch in the living room. Toilet wasn’t cleaned.

Free internet was useless as pretty bad speed in kbps. Need to ask for getting items cleaned as it was not when I checkin room. Even shower gel bottle was empty while i check in.

All fine but cleanliness was less than satisfying. Shelves in the cupboard were covered with thick dust and despite asking for it to be cleaned it was not done during my three days stay. Also equipment in the kitchen was missing, there was one single water glass for instance. This was suggesting a kind of abandon, rather unpleasant

I forgot my passport in the airport bus, the personel was extremely helpful to contact the bus company. The location is great just next to WTC, ask reception for a "secret shortcut" that Google does not know

the stuff were good, but unfortunately the room wasn't clean at all the housekeepers weren't kind we got apartment so we had to ask everyday for toilet paper and garbage plastic. every-time we want to use the internet we had to write password mail name surname and the worst is that the net was so poor even if we were in the second floor

Night staff were friendly and brilliant and helpful. Room was as dirty with the carpet full of stains and the toilet was smelly. Bathroom was clean but the shower flooded the room because of the position of the shower head.

I chose the hotel because of its location.However, I was rather disappointed with the first room, the rug was full of stains and as much as I tried after using the( dirty) vacuum cleaner I still felt that the room was dirty.On the other hand, I really appreciated the bedroom, clean sheets and the bathroom.

Nice studios, with kitchen equipments : really convenient. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was really good. It is also really nice to have a fitness room and sauna, and the hotel is well located, 10min walk from the train station, 3min walk from a tramway station with tram A and B (Saint-Bruno). So, it was a really nice stay ! Small negative point: I stayed 2 nights, my room has not been cleaned after the first day.
