The room was clean and a good temperature. Kitchen was well equipped but bathroom was lacking shower gel and soap and we would have liked an extra pillow. We got more soap and shower gel from reception the second day as they said there was none the first.

Booked 2 studios with double bed for 2 nights and liked the rooms and location. Practical lay-out of room with kitchenette and in close proximity of shopping mall and outlet center and the free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris stops just in front of the hotel.

I booked my room via booking.com, but on the day when I arrived the girl from reception said me, that booking is cancelled, although I had a confirmation from booking, according to this issues I lost a lot of time at the registration desk. Luckily I had this confirmation with me and after the while the Manager mrs.Carol (her name) solved this problem and we spent 2 nights there.

Easy check in with very helpful staff. Explained the courtesy bus to Disneyland and also offered breakfast. Staff were very polite everyday. Room was clean and pleasant and bed was comfortable. Shower was lovely and got too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location with free shuttle bus to Disneyland. Sofa beds though, very uncomfortable, loads of room to put a regular bed in so I suggest they should do this

« Fantastic! Barely anything to fault »

Perfect location! Just 10 minutes walk from the Disney parks, and 5 minutes from a giant shopping mall including a supermarket. Room was perfect for what we needed, kitchen area a great bonus. Lovely and clean, tidy and modern. The only fault was that the tv did not work. Ended up spending more time in Disney though, so not really much of a negative.

The hotel is filthy, everything is broken and the staff couldn’t care less about their guests. When checking in the receptionist answered the phone whilst checking us in and then ignored us for a good 10 minutes. We arrived at our room to find it absolutely disgustingly dirty. It was horrendous. There was old toothpaste on the sink, food in the kitchen sink and mud on the carpets. The television didn’t work. There was 2 very thin pillows and no spare. We requested to change rooms and were met by a sarcastic reply from the woman on the desk, who didn’t even know what a carpet was. Our new room was even worse, with no cleaning supplies that are supposed to be provided, a filthy carpet and once again no pillows. The shower was also broken and had to be used by holding it with one hand which is nearly impossible. We purchased our own cleaning supplies from the local shop so we could disinfect all surfaces. Overall I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to stay here. The staff are horrible, the hotel is falling apart and the rooms are filthy.

it was okay, bed was a little tough and there wasn't many utensils. main problem is when your catering for yourself you don't get enough cleaning products. the stay was plesant and the room was lovely bathroom was perfect and good storage. main problem was that you needed more than one bin bag and possibly a broom or a Hoover to clean the floor as if your staying just around a week you need more things to be able to clean and keep it nice and easy for the cleaners to come in and do their part when you leave.

Reception checkin very slow receptionist would walk away when you were waiting to speak to them. Beds very uncomfortable, bathroom sink blocked this had to be reported 3 times eventually fixed the day before we left for home.

« Not recommended during cold season. »

Breakfast was good, room was clean and equipped. Heating system did not work at all in room 145 during all our 3 night stay. From Reception they tried to persuade me that heating is not working in the entire building despite of the fact that in the Reception area and on the corridor in font of the room was significantly warmer than in the room. In the end they provided an electric portable radiator.

Reasonable sized room. Big wardrobe. Kitchen only suitable to cook microwave dishes. Instead of a dishwasher I would have preferred dishwashing liquid and a cloth. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. There was no soap / showergel / shampoo in the bathroom.

The check in was fine but the first apartment didn’t have any curtains and a blind was missing. The hotel changed our room. There were general maintenance things needed to be done such as checking the kitchen items, bath drainage and shower fixings. Otherwise a very good stay.

Was a very nice hotel, and the rooms were nice. We stayed for 7 days and without fail, each morning we were told that we hadn’t payed for breakfast even though we clearly had, the rooms had no air conditioning and we weren’t given many resources. For example there was 1 dishwasher tablet for the whole week and nothing to clean any dishes with. No cleaning service was available and so we had the same towels all week and there was no where to empty our bins and so we had a large pile of waste by the end of the week. We had a nice take and made do with what we were given, the staff were lovely and the shuttle services were amazing and so convenient
