Everything is superb but hope that there will be more choices in the seafood menu to order from at the restaurant in the resort so we dont need to spend time to have a seafood dinner out of the resort.

I stayed at Villa of vinpearl in Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Nam Hoi An and here are my peer to peer comparison between Vingroup and Sun group hospitality service. While Premier village has impressive location with nice natural scenery, particularly beach, forest and mountain, Vinpearl focus on large scale of their facilities and staff team like large swimming pool, giant reception hall, large buggy fleet. In addition, Vinpearl offer combo service consisting of safary and vinpearl land which suit need local families having kids. When entering Vinpearl Villa, guest are impressive with giant living room, sofa and large screen TV. Their master room is so huge, especially bathroom. However, I prefer villa of premier village because of private, warm and family atmosphere. Vinpearl breakfast is better than Premier village thanks to wide selection and daily change. Vinpearl staff are better discipline and professional. When i ordered a shuttle bus one day before checking, premier staff rejected my order because of full shuttle bus buy they offered me hotel 7-seats car with additional charge. The hotel has car but not willing to serve guest. I never has such issue with Vinpearl. Vinpearl always arranged shuttle bus fro guest. Buggy service at premier village are so slowly even at low season. It takes more than 15 minute to catch a buggy. When I arrived at reception building I noticed there are some available buggy there but no drivers. Vinpearl buggy are very quickly and more professional. On the check out day, I requested buggy to come to my villa at 1:30PM to pick up Luggage and shuttle bus took my family to airport at 2:pm. But buggy came in at 1:20 and shuttle bus left hotel at 1:45 PM. Vinperal buggy team is very accurate. Moreover, in the morning of check out date, Vinpearl staff call my phone to remind flight hour and their buggy pick up as well as shuttle bus service. Premier village staff are much more friendly and open than Vinpearl. They always smile and say hello to guest. I booked two bed room hotel. when I checked in, I said this is first time I stay at resort of Sungroup for new experience. I suggested premier village to unlock third room in the villa so my family has a full room villa . The reception staff asked one manage for upgrading and then refused my request. She printed out a check in form foe me to sign up. In the form, my villa was already upgraded to 3-bed room villa. The receptionist crossed out the upgrade sentence and said that i can not use the third room. Later, i found out that all 3 room in villa are open for use. Hence, the receptionist was not professional and honest when communicating with guest. I and my son have diarrhea at night. We requested emergency health service but the hotel physician refused to supply medicine due to new hotel policy. The resort in remote area and pharmacy closed at night. We only need one dose and will go out in the morning to buy drugs. The hotel policy is so rigid. Vinpearl health team can provide such heatlh service 24/24. There are some lights out of order at steps near swimming pool and entrance door of villa. I nearly fell out as I could not see steps. The incidents hurt my legs. I also see next villa (401) being dirty as no guest stayed there. I think vinpearl has better maintenance service than premier village. Finally, price of premier village is more expensive than Vinpearl. Even though Vinperal offer higher price but their service is a combo including 3 buffet a day, Vinpearl Land plus safari. Anyway, Like premier village and will come back one day.

Lack of knowledge in english is a major issue. This has led to constant errors in food ordering, buggy rides, fixing things, etc. There is also a lack of global service standards where it often takes multiple requests, whether a spoon at dinner or staff to take care of an issue. I am honestly shocked at how bad the service was. With that said, the staff was really nice and did show some effort. The personal assistant was also tremendously helpful. Even after i left the resort, there were still issues as the reservation desk claimed i had another booking to go back one week later—even after i explained the error on their (or accor’s) part, they suggested i should be the one to double check things.

All the staffs were extremely good and helpful. Especially the staff that check us in and check on us. We were upgrade and the villas was beautiful and well equip. There were multiple pools and the beaches facing the east was beautiful.

Beautiful rooms with great view of the sea and pools. Very big multiple pools for all ages. Very clean white sand beach. The breakfast was fantastic with local and western food. Plenty of choices and all are very tasty. Dinner was equally good. The staffs was very friendly and served you well.

It was overall a pleasant stay. Great property with wonderful view and facilities, although some of the staffs are apparently inexperienced and need improvement in handling various situations. Food was overall good but quality was sometimes inconsistent. With a little extra touches on those this could be a perfect resort.

- Nurse room: As you known your resort location, it's quite far from center, any happen with your customers and need urgent help... but your nurse was not there not only 1 days, event weekend with crowded customers. The kids played in that area have bited by insects but no nurse and no body known how to help? - Buggies: just only 4 buggies to server on weekend, do you think enough? so many clients at there they get upset so much not only my family. - Restaurant: there are not so much kind foods for choosing, and services also not good because we have to wait so long time. And We reserved lunch on right after breakfast but your restaurant informed empty stock on before lunch 30 minutes.
