The villas were absolutely amazing and the cleaning services were great as well. The spa was superb. I appreciated the buggy service but sometimes it was slow and hard for us to get places that was not directly from our rooms.

« Great villas / terrible F&B. No kids activities (despite advertising). »

A very mixed resort. The villas are truly exceptional, backed up by beautiful surroundings, a great pool and gym.However. The F&B is terrible. Buffet breaktast was very good. After that a disaster. We tried each of the different offerings, each gave very bland, badly prepared food with a really strange selection and badly over-priced. You can choose from very expensive buffet at every meal (who can eat that much) or a really strange menu of dishes which is attempting to be fine-dining, but terribly executed. There are no simple salads or lunch type dishes for children (kids menu dishes are tiny and will not satisfy more than a six year old). For adults, once you've tried a few terrible 'fine-dining' dishes, you will give up.The only option is to get in a taxi and travel to another hotel (Marriott nearby) or restaurant. This is possible, but the resort is very isolated and it starts to get inconvenient / expensive. The 'grocery' store on sight only offers dry pasta and bottles of sauce, chocolate or alcohol.Also the advertised kids club with different activities for all age-groups was actually just a playroom for up to 8 yrs old with no organized activity at all.Staff were friendly and tried to help, but did not really know what they were doing.Very disappointing.

« We love Premier Village Phu quoc Resort! »

My family and I have enjoyed our vacation at Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort. We love Premier Village and will come back next time. The location is unbelievable and the staffs are professional. But there are something should be improved to make the resort perfect. At the time we checked in, it seemed that the fridge was not cleaned, and there were dust on the table. Moreover, to make more convenient for guests, in the living room, there should have tissues which is for eating and drinking, and carpets which help its floor dry after they come back from the pool and beach. I hope that the resort will be better and better in the near future and see you soon!

« The perfect mix of lavish luxury »

We had a wonderful weekend and incredible service from the General Manager (Dan) and the Guest services team led by Bella. Throughout the weekend we spent time at both beaches and enjoyed the private dinner at our villa prepared by the resort's chef. This had to be one of the best BBQ feasts, we have had in our lives. Incredibly fresh seafood and wonderful mix of chicken, lamb, and steak. This was a truly memorable weekend.

Despite the beauty of the resort, many facilities remain unfinished and services on the whole are just average. Particularly, check-in procedures were unprofessional, leading to my room not being ready for over 45 minutes after the check in time.

« Stunning Phu Quoc Resort with Amazing Pool »

Premiere Village is set within a beautifully landscaped headland area with stunning ocean views everywhere. The resort is very large but easy to get around using the buggy carts, or better still by using the resorts complimentary bicycles which provide a lot of family fun. There are 2 or 3 nice large beaches and this incredible, HUGE, lagoon pool that connects to the beaches on opposite sides. You can easily spend the day there under the massage jets or at the infinity edge pool bar. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and provide a great level of personal service. The food is great too.

I and my husband had a great time at the resort and we will definitely come back! The service was really good, we arrived at 13.00 and we could check in earlier and also check out later. However, there are a few things which the Premier village could improve on: - The English understanding of the employees. For examples: it happened a few times when we ordered drinks at the pool bar, the staff couldn't understand, therefore, we got wrong drinks. -We really appreciated that we could check out at 15.00 instead of 12.00. However, at 12.00 we couldn't get in to our villa anymore. We had to ask to have the access to our villa. -There were no coffee/espresso cups in the house. The cups are too big they are more for tea. -I had a few appointments for spa treatment, it was not good. After my facial treatment i decided to cancel other body treatments since i had better experience at MGallery in Saigon.

The villa and location is spectacular. The staff's service is terrible. Much more training is required. From losing a bag on arrival (later found) to all the little things like not being able to get a simple coffee order in the morning correct.... ask for a cappuccino and it takes them 5 times to bring it having brought everything from black coffee to tea. I can say that almost every single interaction with the staff was problematic. Still so many things not open and very limited dining options. Would definitely recommend that people stay elsewhere

« A 5 star resort with great Potential »

The recovery of my son's wallet with +100 USD in it and delivery back to Saigon was a non-expected event. The villas are of an outstanding quality, as well the Restaurant near the beach. Magnificent food and service. Great overall customer support. Only thing to watch out for is the sharp step-stones in the big pool which can damage clothes and skin. The resort is not finished yet so be aware of area's not being accessible yet. overall, great stay

This was our 2nd trip to Phu Quoc & the experience was FUNTASTIC. We were not disappointed by choosing Premier Village as our family destination. The service was great. All staff are friendly.
