I was provided with poor service during ordering from the restaurant. You only had two options for Vegetarian meals and the 3 days I actually ordered from your restaurant Monday, Wednesday and Thursday each time was terrible. Monday my order took very long to prepare and then it was all wrong so I went hungry. I was given the pork instead of the Vegetarian stir fry. Tuesday I refused to eat at the restaurant as I was concerned you may get the order wrong again. Wednesday I tried again and your staff gave me couscous and vegetables and lied to my face about the order being correct. at which point I re-requested the menu and complained to the front desk. Thursday I eventually got the stir fry vegentables but the chips I ordered as a side cam 30 mins late. which is unacceptable. Very Very poor service and I will not be staying here again. Wednesday

Hi , i was there for 5 days with family(Without Breakfast) , it was a very nice Hotel ,on day i tried to get my breakfast in the hotel , It was a Very bad experience . they ofred us a frozen baguette a very poor buffet .and expensive (20 euros)

I very liked the renivated hotel. The staff was very helpful. Everything was clean and nice. The gym in hotel was useful as well. The only discomfort gave low water pressure in the shower.

hotel was lovely - but still having a few teething problems since the renovation. The toilet in one of the 4 rooms we had didnt work and we didn't find that out until after it had been used. The restaurant was not in use and it meant that family who live on the other side of Brussels catered for us which meant not getting in until after 10 every night, this was not clear when booking, and as we were a family of 8 with 5 children this was difficult. We also ordered lunch packs for our day of departure as we left before the kitchen opened for breakfast (4am). For some reason they were overlooked and had to go to the airport for our international flight on an empty stomach. I have no doubt these things will sort themselves out. its a lovely place, a fairway out of Brussels but the train at Wallibi was easy to get into the city proper.

Very satisfied with the quality of service provided that led us came back to the same hotel again on our returned journey before heading to Brussels eurostar train station. The rooms are new and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a single sofa bed in the room. Love the corner for kids near the reception area. Carpark is free.

I will probably never come back to this hotel and here's why: - The wifi network was not good enough to access decently internet (was not able to work nor consult my mail box). - The hotel is pretending to be a 3 stars, but when you see the room, you will notice that it's not even a good 2 stars. The bathroom and toilet 'box' (because they are like boxes instead a rooms) look like the ones in 1 star hotel. - The bed was really uncomfortable, and the night was thus really bad. - The only beautiful and decent thing in the hotel is the place where you take the breakfast and the entry hall which are looking designed and brand new.

Good location for the parks, the hotel itself was in renovating works so.. a bit noisy. Old room, smelly, dated carpet etc. Probably with the owner change in the future will look better. Until then the only plus is the breakfast and location.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately, the renovation in progress made our experience less pleasant. We were given an old room therefore the price/quality ratio was a bit of a compromise. In the future maybe things will look up. PS Breakfast was above average

The hotel is under renovation. Staff is very polite and helpful. We stayed two nights and the hotel was our base to visit Brussels, Brugge, Gent and Antwerp by car. Free parking. Fast free wifi.Breakfast was OK. Plenty of space for kids to play outside. Judjing by the reception the hotel will be very good after renovation.

Excellent. The refurbished public areas are really nice and I stayed in one of the rooms that have been completely renewed and are extremely good. The staff are also very pleasant and obliging.
