Really comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Nice restaurant, bar and the great garden where you can enjoy your evenings (even with swimming pool!). The only problem is that you will need a car for moving around

We had a great family trip to Walibi Park. Room was lovely and fresh, felt like a 5* quality. I informed the hotel about our early arrival and they had the room ready for us when we arrived. The bar area is nice, with a kids corner with video games table, cartoons and swings. Our 5 year old was delighted and kept occupied, which meant we could enjoy our drink. We did not use the restaurant as food prices were too high for us, but found bar prices OK (5.10 for a large Stella). The pool was too cold, so didn't go for a swim. Walk to Walibi Park less than 1km, we did it in less than 15 min. Train station is also close, 10 min walk. we got the train to Brussels airport (50 min with one change in Leuven). Carrefour supermarket not too far either. All in all, it was a great experience. I would like to return in future, but would hope to see restaurant prices improve. Big thank you to all the staff.

The hotel has greatly improved since its renovation. Service is always great and the staff is friendly. The only downside was that internet connection from my weak was very weak (signal only close to the door and in the bathroom).

The experience was as I would expect from a Novotel. Good bed, breakfast, clean, spacious. 3 remarks however: - The elevator was out of order. And it seemed not for only a few days... There was no communication about during reservation. Lucky my daughter can do stairs with help otherwise we would have to change rooms or even hotel. - We have made a reservation for 3 people in one room. Only 2 bath towels were available. For the 2nd day we have asked one at the very friendly housekeeping staff. - With 3 in one room it became warm in the room. The airconditioning was not operational. We could not open the room because of the presence of the motorway.

A hotel with 1 elevator that doesn’t work for the full 6 days of our stay is a badly managed hotel only looking to keep costs down.

Overall hotel is to be recommended. Quite unacceptable though that the one elevator didn’t work for the full six days of our stay. That an elevator can break down is normal. That it takes six or more days to repair it means that management decided not to pay for fast repair intervention contracts. It’s not a coincidence.

1rst contact by phone done by Laeticia was very friendly and the check out to by her> above expectation to try to find and explain why I was downgraded for gold to silver and now classic member = she was the only professional member I found. the check in was not approachable due to the attitude of the receptionist. Nice very clean room and on top floor, quiet and not connecting as asked. Nice hotel design > inside play area for children > modern. Sad for the swimming pool that was not usable + dirty > we guessed closed. Breakfast experience was disappointing = ad to go personally to asked for a table since it was not included in our price to your staff who spend more of their time talking hided in the corner in front of the kitchen door. quality of the breakfast was too expensive for what it was and not refilled properly. Staff not helpful towards a client who ad problems trying to unstick the waffles > a crew came to blow with his mouth to try to remove it > HYGIENNE. TOO SAD FOR THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF. YOU SHOULD FIXE THE NOICE OF YOUR ELEVATOR THAT SCARED EACH TIME OUR DAUGHTER. CONCLUSION > NICE MODERN VERY CLEAN HOTEL WITH A BAD SERVICE THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND NEITHER REVISITE.
