everything was good, the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. it will be more convenient if the car parking space will be granted as free and not payable, besides the parking access will be efficient if it is remote controlled and not a manual card as the receiver is hanged on the wall and far from the car location

Staying in your Hotel was an experience which I will never repeat, the rooms were filthy and ill-equipped for their purpose. Light bulbs needed replaced, air con did not function, there was no coffee making equipment. On checking in I waited at the desk for some minutes for the clerk to even acknowledge my existence. Your Hotel requires much changing.

It was a very good experience. It provided everything we needed during our stay. Plenty of dishes/glasses/cutlery. A few suggestions...the pool was very slimy- needed to be cleaned. We asked for directions on how to get to Old Nice, the front desk clerk pointed on a map which in the end was not Old Nice and we never did get to see it. A little more assistance would have been nice since we had limited time to visit.

Stay was ok. Hotel staff was nice. The aircon in the room did not work properly, room was not quiet. It was said on the Booking.com site that it is sound proof...that is was not. We did not get the twin beded room requested and one of us had to sleep on a sofa, which was not confortable to sleep in. The pool area was a shock because we expected a nice pool and it was not. Would be convinient to be able to wash hands in the toilet not outside.

A good and enjoyable stay with helpful staff. Rooms were minimal, modern and up to date with contemporary designs and also good facilities if you needed to cook! A small rooftop pool was ideal for a dip.

Location perfect. Room a lot smaller than seen on the pictures and smaller than the other rooms I saw in the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Matrasses extremely hard, practically impossible to sleep on. Over all a disappointing experience for the price we paid.

Location was good, property was clean, however the service wasn’t very good and the information provided wasn’t clear. It took us 45 min to check in (30 min queuing and 15 min doing paperwork), which is totally unacceptable and unnecessary. We provided all the information beforehand so no need for this slow process plus just one person at reception after 3pm! Which is when the check in starts, how is this possible???

Not great. Allocated a room at the front of the property and this was really noisy with traffic noice. The facilities in the apartment for catering in were awful, no frying pan, no small knife, only 2 cooking rings, no dish cloth, tea towel, or washing up liquid provided, this things are surely a must for self catering. The beds were made up wrong, we have 2 teenagers so a twin bed is a must and it was made up as a double. So time and energy spent seperating the beds going to reception to get more bedding, if you had checked our booking and seen this surely you should have made it into a twin for our arrival. Also on our booking you had us down as 5 adults and I never would have put this on my booking. The apartment was scruffy with torn covers for the balcony doors dirty carpets in the bedrooms, lots of scuff marks on the walls. Also what’s is the point of the balconies when you were not allowed to dry some washing out there or sit on a balcony? Pointless. Defiantly not a 4 star. This apartment was not worth the money we paid for it. The breakfast was a complete rip off so we did not bother, surely if you priced it more reasonably more people would take you up on it. I would not be staying here again and as a travel agent in the UK I would never recommend this apartment to my customers. We enjoyed our time in Nice and the accommodation was in a good location, no way a 4 star. I would welcome your comments and some sort of compensation.
