« The best hotel in Maldives! »

This was the first time for the family to visit the Maldives and it was a long journey for us to go all the way there but it the end it was worth every moment of it. The hotel is just perfect for couples & families and i believe the lay out of the hotel helps just as much. Stuff are externally hospitable as much as professional. and i would certainly recommend the hotel to all my friends and family & hopefully i will have the chance to go back again to your beautiful property for another vacation maybe next year! So thank you for making our holiday a memorable one and for truly turning our moments into memories and i wish you all the best of luck on your upcoming season.

« Luxury but not comprehensive »

The overall experience was great, all staffs were friendly and helpful, particular Shamma, she could remember all guest villa (10 of us and 5 villas). The foods were OK but no wow factors, the roasted chicken was undercooked and a bit raw, limited seafoods available, good presentation but not so great taste. All water activities are available but little dear. There is no entertainment at night and the resort does not create the right amsphere for bar. Overall the resort is very new and only half of the island is completed and available.

« Very enjoyable resort and love the Maldives, we had dolphins swimming past. »

This is new resort and our accommodation over the water was very special. We stayed during the rainy season and can imagine with calm sea's in the summer the experience will be even better. The staff are extremely professional and nice to deal with, nothing was a problem. The food at the main buffet was top class and the gym was very good. So these are area's we can see for improvement, there needs to be a few more things to do and they need to be at a more affordable price. We swam at the pool and noticed no one using the spa, at US$160 an hour, that's why. Far better to encourage the guests to use these facilities and have busy staff. Also the biggest issue of concern was the transfer from the Maldives to the Fairmont, the Fairmont needs to request passport copies when the booking is made not three days before the stay.
