Spending 12 days around China, I have to say this was the best hotel I stayed in. Staffs were polite, helpful, they helped me with my luggage, had my room upgraded. Receptionist speaks decent English. Two thumbs up on the service. Good location, few steps away from bus stop n MRT station. Will stay here again when I visit Xiamen.

It was a pleasure stay. I loved the room, the hospitality, the ambience, the food and etc. Please keep up the good work. One little critics, please train the hotel staff with english. Quite difficult to communicate. Actually, almost the whole place in Xiamen I visited has english problem. But for hotel staff, I think they should speak english better than other place.

Front desk spoke no English at all. Rooms very dated, changed 1 room because the smell of cigarettes. Breakfast very poor. Will not stay there again!

FOM Zoeke arranged a good and pleasant stay in this well-managed property. He surprised us with an ultra special, super warm welcome together with his GM Tommy and HRM Holiday 小姐。An excellent set up, where utmost care and attention is showered on guests. Well-recommended to all looking for a mid-range Accor property in Downtown Xiamen.

The staff at the front desk and restaurants do not speak English. It is not a problem to check-in and check-out if you present your passport to the staff. The problems start in case that you need anything more. On the 17th floor there is a place where, theoretically you can get some refresments for which you get coupon when checking-in. One day nobody was there. The other day the waiter appeared and on the simple question he showed us his mobile display wher you can read: "I don't speak English". In thic hotel you feel a bit unsafe becase in case of emergency nobody would understand that need some help. All in all, good hotel but absolutely necessary is to employ staff speaking English.

Well located in downtown Xiamen. Exquisite Duplex suite was a nice big room and very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The biggest issue we faced was that very few of the staff spoke English which made the stay very difficult to get information and other things to meet our needs. Would have expected that a hotel of this level in the hospitality industry and catering to people from around the world would have had more multi lingual available to help guests. At checkout we were told that we needed to go to Terminal 4 to catch our flight with China Southern. This information was wrong and we had to catch another taxi to Terminal 3. Overall a reasonably good hotel with the room and location however the communication issue made for a very average stay.

Guest room even though upgraded was dark.. not enough light. Lack people who is good in english at the front desk. Slippers in the room were recycled or already used by other guests ;( for hygiene purpose, they should have been brand new
