A place I can temporarily call "home". The 5-day stay was really good and my daughter has a very good over-all experience. The TV reception has to be improved. I prefer a brighter room so LED lighting is recommended. Variety of choices at breakfast could be improved. Faster delivery of luggage to the room will be appreciated. A place to come back for a stay..

I had a joyfully experience. I would like to suggest improve lighting systems in room, It more dark and you may improve it by laying light color floor carpets and painting walls.

Overall very satisfied. Couple of points to improve: 1. Beers in the rooftop were warm, they should be served cold 2. Not enough healthy options on breakfast buffet, for example natural muesli and natural yoghurt, too much sugar

Thank you for accomodating my request on in-room early morning breakfast pack for “Sahe.” However, carrying such Accor international chain reputation, the hotel should’ve been ready with on-request “Halal food” menu during Holly Ramadhan month.

As this was my first trip to Manila, I was bit confused which hotel to choose. Finally, I choose this one as the hotel is just opposite to my office ADB. Overall, the hospitality, environment were more than my expectations. However, regarding breakfast more south asian food item should be kept.

Everything went well except that parking was full during my stay hence I had to park outside which was costly.

The housekeeping has maintained the room neat and tidy throughout my 5 nights stayed. The housekeeping team was attentive and prompt to my request. Example I left a note to check the rain-shower in bathroom before leaving to work and it was fixed when I return in evening.

I like how we were quickly accommodated despite booking in late. The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. My only regret was that there was no view due to nearby building constructions and Housekeeping took more than two hours for our requested extra blanket and this upon follow-up. The pool area is also dark and a bit smelly. But other than those, our stay was enjoyable.

This was my first time in staying at Joy Nostalg, since I was looking for an alternative hotel to stay in due to the near expiration of my membership with Accor Hotels. My family and I chose Joy Nostalg instead of Sofitel, primarily because it is nearer from Quezon City. I was glad we did stay here because it was near shopping malls and was pleasantly surprised to know it has amenities comparable to other hotels.

It was good overall. Spacious and comfortable rooms, complete room amenities for an extended stay, and good service, especially at the 5th floor during our training. I have to comment though on a minor thing— I enjoyed very much the gym, sauna and pool, but a minor thing that I noticed was the time used at the pool area was advance. I know mine is correct, and my colleagues’ show the same time as mine as well. It’s just a few couple minutes but we would have loved to enjoy the pool until the declared closing time. With that, everything else was good and commendable.
