« Brilliant stay »

The one BR suite featured the amenities we wanted. The good size of the bedroom and bathroom had been great! And as as frequent travellers we look forward in staying at Accors 5star hotels which also has restaurant and bar. This hotel has all of what we were looking for which made our stay very comfortable and hassle free.

a good stay and would go back soon to Joy Nostalg... rooms are well maintained, spacious and complete in amenities.. light to moderate breakfast selection ... staff are courteous and friendly accessible to restaurants and shopping malls

Strike 1: no valet 2: the parking slot given to me, there’s a car parked on it, they didn’t give me a new slot, like so what, who cares. 3: no welcome drink at least 4: the breakfast is the worst. are they trying to make people hate eating there? congee, no taste Coffee, taste like the one served during wakes. Like its the 5th time they used the beans for brewing, asked for a new one, same thing Bacon swimming on oil, and burnt Worst part, there are people partying on our floor. Cant sleep

With regards to car parking we do offer valet so I am not sure what occurred on this occasion so will follow up with the team accordingly. I am sorry this has how you felt in your response with the team as priority for all our team is to try and ensure a great stay. With regards to a welcome drink this is something that is not part of our initial welcome and based on feedback has not been something required as many of the guests preference to go straight to the room. It is this type of feedback that allows us to continuously make changes and something that we will re explore especially for those guests who would like this option. With regards to the comment of breakfast I will discuss this with our chef, as breakfast is a constant meal period and we have regular feedback on breakfast I am sorry that we were unable to provide consistency on this occasion. All our breakfast items are cooked daily due to the high turnover. Again please accept my apologies for not meeting your expectations on this occasion and we hope that we have the opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel. « i am not impressed by your service. »

the microwave did not function well. it produced a burning smell. when we raised the issue at the front desk, we were told the room will be cleaned. change of room was not offered until we ask for it. very poor customer service.

The hotel has a prime location and offers very good value for money. I was impressed by the size of the suite and the amenities included, such as a fully-sized and fully-functional kitchen and a washing machine. Although I did not need to take advantage of those, it was reassuring to have them available, and some of my colleagues also staying at the hotel did utilize them. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. My one critique is that the lobby area is quite small and has limited seating.

« A home away from home »

Since 2016 our family enjoys staying in this hotel of yours. We feel the comfort of our home while enjoying the nights at the metro. Our guests are also welcomed fairly by the staff during the wedding of my fiancé's sister. We do not feel judged by the way we dress even during breakfast where we literally just woke up wearing pajamas.

« The room quality was superb »

The size of the room was really big and the quality was kept to a high standard. Only issue was the shower as it kept leaking water all over the floor. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

« Breakfast was charged twice. Curretly discussing with the hotel. »

At the time of check in, I have asked include breakfast for the first night and the rate was increased from 11043++ to 11843. At the check out time, I was asked to pay additional 1,000 PHP for breakfast while room rate was remain the increased one from the confirmed rate. Please make the repayment of 1,000PHP as soon as possible. Very bad experience.

If you would prefer and are a frequent traveler I can credit a Le Club Members card to you and add the equivalent of 2000 peso to the card that can be used in any Accor property as well as gain points for your stay. Please let me know what is more convenient for you. I do apologies for the mistake as we have recently upgraded all our IT and on review the information of the breakfast inclusion was not found. I was suprised how big the room was. Its very spacious and very convenient. The only let down is that the room was a bit dirty. The bed sheet and pillows doesnt look like clean and has been changed. But other than that everythings perfect.

Felt like they did not treat me as well. I have stayed here more than 10 times but this was the first time since the name change. I am not happy with the changes In the past this was a very friendly place. Now it seems so cold

I’m a frequent guest in Joy Nostalg , even before it was acquired by Accor. In short, over the last two and a half years , I have experienced toilet flooding, broken amenities, declining airport pick-up service and incorrect booking reservation (I always stay in a bigger suite, but upon my last visit in April, they put me in a executive suite and charged me practically the same rate)
