Good room design, comfortable facilities, nice room service. I was impressed by the Filter Water which helps to reduce plastic bottle to environment. However, on my first date, as the instruction was small, i didn't notice about it. I suggest the Receptionist should tell guest about this when they check in, it will be better.

We had a great stay in Joy Nolstag with friends. The room was immaculate, big and comfortable. Love this place. Swimming pool is great for doing laps. Bathroom may need of a bit renovation. TV in the bathroom was a great idea actually but maybe not on the countertop. Would be nice to put more tea towels for cleaning the dining table and kitchen counter after use. Need more kitchenware or utensils for rooms that accommodates 8 pax.

Facilities are well presented, staff friendly. The room was comfortable. Feedback: 1) room wasn't really clean, obvious it had not been properly vacuumed prior to stay 2) reception staff while friendly didn't communicate, we had 3 rooms, stayed for 6 nights and had a 7pm (to Syd) flight out but couldn't get any real communication about a late checkout. Our staff have stayed previously and experienced the same.

I enjoy the stay at Joy Nostalg. Understand the concept of environmental conservation and am ok that there was no complement of amenity such as soaps and shampoo, however, the complement of coffee was expected (during 5-day stay, there was no supply of coffee on any day in the room).

Stay experience was awesome. The one-bedroom unit we booked was really spacious and has all the amenities one needs in a regular home. Definitely an accommodation worth booking. Would definitely appreciate it if the hair dryer would be updated as well as an option for an alarm clock.

« Good as always, but there is room for improvement. »

I am regularly choose Joy Nostalg for my monthly trips to Manila. But for my last two trips I have two comments: 1. Lower floors are noisy due to construction. I was not informed about this. 2. Last time I stayed I had one carry on, a travel bag, and two other shoulder bags for work and personal items. I had my care valet but the person at the door took my bags out and saw me carrying two shoulder bags and a couple of paper bags but jnsisted that I carry all my bags. I have always seen a readily available bell boy service at the door but to insist that I carry all of those bags up the stairs took be by surprise. Three people at the front desk saw me struggling and they just stared at me. I think the front liners need a refresher on customer service and hospitaity.

We stayed here for 6 days and couldn’t be more pleased! The staff was super friendly, helpful and always available for whatever our needs might be. We stayed in the one bedroom executive suite, it was so spacious and roomy with 3 TVs and we really enjoyed the living//dining room, it was more like a condo than a hotel room.
