I was excited to stay in this hotel with my family. I trusted the Mercure brand, I was wrong. Your website advertised this hotel as new opening but this is a very old, outdated hotel. I booked a "superior room". Room pictures were awesome. We tried to check in early enough so that kids could swim in the pool and enjoy the hotel. But when they saw the pool they were very disappointed they didn't want to swim. We didn't visit a town that we wanted to see so that we could arrive early. We are now very sorry that we missed it. Our room didn't have sea view despite what showed on the pictures but looking to a busy noisy highway. And balcony was dirty. Beds were not comfy. Kids beds were worse. Bathroom was moldy. Nothing is renovated in this hotel old damaged furniture/doors/bath. We woke up with bug/mosquito bites, kids had wounds because of that. We wanted to run away asap. Kids blamed me booking this hotel. We are very disappointed with our stay. This is the worst hotel we stayed in Italy, actually the only bad hotel experience in Italy. Just one OK thing was the breakfast. Next time I book a hotel on accor website I will definitely avoid Mercure. Best Regards, Yasemin

Our room was not checked properly before we arrived. The door of the cupboard which housed the fridge was off its hinges and the TV did not work. Both problems were promptly fixed. We book our evening meal in the Pizzeria but when we asked for directions we were directed to a pizzeria outside the hotel !!
