This was a very good hotel. It was about a half hour from the airport. It was In walking distance of galleries, library, trams, trains, buses. Close to cafes, restaurants and central shopping district. Staff and service was excellent.

An adequate room, comfortable and well designed, beautifully quiet, power points where needed (rare in many hotels), good lighting, excellent room service though the best breakfasts were not available till after 11 am- odd, but above all friendly staff who invariably were helpful, anticipating the guests needs. No long waiting times for staff to answer and a feeling they could cope with any emergency with kindness.

All was good but the Hindmarsh Club Executive Lounge was understaffed and the breakfast was a shambles. Evening snacks were often cleaned out.

No gold member treats other than the free drink. Room service food was poor. First room stank of smoke and second smelt of sewage. Room was tired. Concierge was great. Exec lounge was packed and not at all relaxing. Room was charged at US rate which I had not noticed so the weekend was more expensive than expected on top of the disappointments.

Upon arrival the toilet had visible faeces on the water tank part near the seat join (photo was taken). This was a disappointing start to our arrival after landing from interstate. Reception were apologetic when notified and said they would send some one to clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff in the restaurant during breakfast and at reception were pleasant.

Absolutely exceptional experience from check in to check out. Even when I had a coughing fit while checking in the concierge bought me a warm water and lemon. How thoughtful. Thank you. Reception staff were excellent and went the "extra mile". Concierge team were very helpful and so pleasant. I travel a lot for business and the team at Adelaide Pullman set an exceptional standard which I rarely see in other states and countries. Customer first....... Overall the experience was good , however the room was not 100% clean. We stayed 3N/4D and on couple of days the room service was not cent percent. Forgot to provide water , place some foot mat / towels in washroom.

The shower didn't have enough pressure to wash the shampoo from my hair and the buffet breakfast was definitely not worth the price but the room was lovely and the staff were very polite.

Very pleasant. Staff outstanding knew about local events and how to get around your wonderful city. Great facilities in the hotel. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but you cant have it all. Pillows on offer ranged from firm to soft with a guide great idea. More cups of a larger proportion needed at breakfast buffet. Staff on hand to top up shortages of items sometimes a little slow. This could be due to distraction by other clients? Overall i would recommend staying at your hotel and would most likely stay again.
