Everything is generally good. However, the same issues with the door lock cards continue to be extremely annoying. Having to continually go to the front desk to get a new key card is frustrating. Get it sorted. Also, shower temperature, no matter what time of day, constantly goes from boiling hot to freezing cold. And the smell coming from the bathrooms is often nauseating. This is common across the number of rooms I have stayed in over the past month. Prior to my stays at this hotel I had stayed 40+ nights at the ibis across the road and had none of these issues. Yes, the quality of the rooms and service is to a higher level at the Pullman, but the comfort level because of the aforementioned issues is well below that of other hotels.

Great location. Walking distance to city centre and public transport. Very good restaurant and relaxing bar. Comfortable rooms. Having the gym, steam room, pool and spa was a great way to start and end the day.

« Great hotel in a perfect location »

We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Adelaide. The rooms were clean & spacious, bed very comfy, polite & helpful reception, perfect location right near Rundle Mall & so close to restaurants. Room service was quick & easy. Only downside I found was the shower pressure was very poor. For a hotel I thought it a let down. There was also a massive stain on the armchair arm rest which looked unpleasant, kind of brought the room down. Everything else was great.

The stay was amazing. So relaxing, Rooms were clean and the staff were amazing, especially the concierge who ensured we moved rooms without any issues, and the car was always ready when we needed it The buffet breakfast however was cold and some of the food tasted as if it had been sitting there for a very long time. It is very hard to justify the cost of $ 34 for the breakfast that we were offered. We tried room service break fast the next day and that was also very dismal, the toast was cold by the time we got it

Overall I enjoyed it, the room was really nice and comfortable. Service was excellent. I have 2 issues. I had room service for dinner 3 times over my 4 night stay and every time is was only luke warm at best when it arrived at my room (on level 3). Also I ordered the French toast from al a carte menu for breakfast, it said it came with fresh berries but really it had the equivalent to 1 small strawberry chopped up - not really enough - and a very small amount of frozen berries in a syrup - probably about 1 raspberry and 4 blueberries - so really it was just served with sugary syrup.

Australia' iconic unique beer, Coopers Ale, has been brewed in Adelaide for a very long time. Whatever your alcohol affiliations, Coopers should be on offer, at least in stubby form, Hence we ate out on Saturday night, enjoying 2 pints at Coopers Alehouse. On Saturday morning long black coffee was undrinkable, so breakfast out Sunday. The room was fine.
