Most impressed with the concierge service, I was greeted as I entered, given information about the area as I waited to check in and greeted by name again a couple of times during my stay. The restaurant staff were also very attentive and I was impressed with the food at the function I attended on Saturday night.

Apart from 4 fire alarms, the hotel was great. I was attending a conference on the 15th floor. My accommodation was on the 14th floor and it made me realise that the noise really carries between the two floors but overall it was fine. There was no booking for me upon my arrival but Tiana was able to get it sorted out for me relatively easily. Breakfast was good although it would have been good to know that breakfast was infact being covered by the company and that it wouldn't include Room Service breakfast (even though it was cheaper than the buffet).

Always a great stay at Pullman. Walking distance to the mall, Rundle street restaurants and easy access to car park as we chose to self park. Great to have buffet breakfast first thing in the morning with many options of nutritious food to choose from and kids love the pancake maker. After a busy day was great to relax in the sauna/steam room, spa and pool , which also promotes a good sleep in a comfortable bed with option of a pillow menu. Thank you, always a great stay.

Fire Alarm!

The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row. Both times it was a false alarm. The first night 14th June was not so bad as it was in the evening. the 2nd night 15th June was terrible as it was 1.30am in the morning. And we were standing outside in the cold in 6 degrees. By the time we hit our beds again it was nearly 2.30am so ofcourse sleep was impossible. I had no problem with the service of the staff. Everyone was courteous and helpful. But if the fire alarm is faulty and this happens regularly then an announcement should be made straight away for people to just stay in their rooms and not come out in the freezing cold. There were parents with young children half asleep ... their weekend totally ruined. Please look into the faulty alarm and the management of the process.

I really like this venue for our conferencing the great view breaks up the day. There was a problem with the drain in our room, its almost as in the wrong trap was installed in the shower as we had to continually cover it to stop the smell coming out. Also not so major house keeping didn't refresh our toiletries.

A joy. My room was upgraded and the room was excellent. Breakfast was up to its usual high standard and the staff are fantastic. Particularly Steve, the Customer Experience Manager and Enricho the doorman.

I was a Guest staying over a 2 night stay where the fire alarm went off twice. I have never in my life experienced something as disorganized and alarming in any hotel I have ever stayed at, and I stay in various hotels weekly. To wake up to a fire alarm at 145AM and after listening to the tone for at least 2 minutes several of the hotel evacuated downstairs. only to arrive at the foyer and all we could see was a staff member going about their night cleaning up the bar, the other vacumming the lobby and the other just typing away at reception At no point did any of the staff appear to give a Sh*t.... they didn't look up, they didn't provide instructions, they didn't provide assistance. there were parents in your lobby with children wrapped in blankets. there were guests travelling up and down in the lifts I am absolutely disgusted and alarmed about how your hotel behaves in the event of a fire alarm... And for the record. I am an airline employee whos crew/local staff stay at other Accor hotels in Australia so has made me question how your hotel and other properties react in the event of an emergency You had a travel conference staying there that weekend I would never ever stay at your hotel again. your staff have no clue how to interact with Guests, no clue how to follow a fire evacuation tone or how to deal with that. I would appreciate your follow up on this before I escalate further

My initial contact booking was great but upon arrival I was told I did not have an interconnecting room as was booked for the Mum and me package. Also disappointed about parking. Staff very helpful. It was also lovely that a card and cake was left for my daughter's 30th birthday. Overall it was a lovely stay.

I had a lovely stay. The two things I think could have been improved: Booking process, I was staying for work and booked through FCM agent. But I was extending my stay before and after the trip for personal reasons and ended up having three separate bookings. That was a bit annoying. And it meant that I paid extra for breaky on my first booking, but then couldn't extend the '$72 per adult per stay' to my last night there, so I paid $68 for two people for breakfast one day. I just felt it could have been more seamless. The second item that could have been improved, I noticed when I was having breaky on the 13th that there was wax paper under all the danishes that read 'Gluten free'. I double checked with a waitress and she said she'd ask the chef if they were actually Gluten Free, they weren't. The chef came out and motioned towards the GF section of toast. I told them they shouldn't use that wax paper under food that isn't Gluten Free because people have severe allergies and this could make people quite sick. They agreed, but then they didn't remove the wax paper... thought this was a bit silly. It's like saying something has no fish in it when it does. It's actually quite scary for people that have allergies.
