Great room, great service and in a great location. The only thing hat wasn’t perfect was the shower it intermittently went form hot to cold when you are in the shower other than that no complaints at all!

Our room and beds very comfortable. All areas were clean and tidy. Staff as always friendly and very obliging. However, breakfast dining area very under staffed on the long weekend. Staff remained very professional but clearly run off their feet.

The stay was overall good but the breakfast was absolutely horrible - the worst breakfast I have ever had at any hotel, let alone a 5 star hotel. It cost $66 plus a $5 service charge to be delivered to the room. Everything was cold and below average quality! Since tried to contact the hotel about this and have had no response.

« Ok, warmly greeted. Rooms ok but TV and WifFi poor. »

Rooms good and generally quiet, clean and comfortable. However the TV channels are limited. The key disappointment is Wi-Fi which is really poor. Often dropping out and slow. This is experienced with every visit so is not specific to a floor or room. An additional charge to achieve adequate speed and access should not apply. I travel all over the world and unfortunately Pullman is amongst the worst for Wi-Fi.

We had a great stay, the hotels location is perfect for dining and shopping. We were disappointed with customer service at breakfast as 2 out of the 3 mornings... we were told breakfast was not included with our stay (which it most definitely was) and the way it was handled was very unprofessional. There was no apology, even after the staff confirmed breakfast was indeed included!!

« Excellent experience in a quiet location but handy to all aspects of the city »

The Pullman is an excellent place to choose in Adelaide city. It is very handy to the shops, galleries and Botanic Gardens and is located in a quiet square. The staff are friendly and very helpful without being pretentious. I stayed for 5 nights for the Womadelaide festival and each day on my return received a friendly welcome home. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and my balcony suite had a nice view over the square to the hills. I would happily return again and certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

When we arrived the check in process was very quick and easy. The room was ready, we were easily able to check in and be back out at our meeting in a matter of minutes. The next morning for breakfast and check out was just as quick and smooth.

Reception was Good, Concierge was Good, Housekeeping was OK - cobwebs on outside of window and on light fittings inside, but room was cleaned and tidied very well. Room was small, furniture tired, and balcony tiny. Bathroom and bed was good. Promised free paper in room was absent.
