I tried booking a room online for 3 people, and the room appeared as an option. However, it turns out the room was only for 2 people, so the hotel staff had to accommodate us at the last minute, which I thank them for.

We enjoyed our days staying at the Pullman Adelaide. Check in was welcoming, quick and efficient by Karlyn and all staff were always very helpful and friendly. Check out was the same. We were surprised with an upgrade to the Junior Suite on the 14th floor where we had views of the New Years Fireworks on River Torrens and other fireworks out in the suburbs from our balcony. We thank you for that. The view by day and night was lovely. We enjoyed a varied breakfast and dinner in Salt Restaurant where the food was of great quality. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, River Torrens and catching public transport. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. You pay for car parking with choices of Valet Parking or park yourself in a secured car park. The Concierge allowed us to park out the front for a couple of hours till our friends came. I also had some business to attend to and Karlyn couldn't of been more helpful. Thanks. We loved Adelaide and would return to the Pullman Adelaide for another stay.

« Great Hotel except for a few minor problems with housekeeping and restaurant. »

Your hotel is my preferred accommodation choice when in Adelaide. However, this stay was a little disappointing in regards to house keeping. The room was cleaned but there was still rubbish that was not disposed of during the cleaning process, the water bottles were not replaced upon each clean and the bed covers were not completely straighted and refreshed upon our return. These were minor problems but a very different experience to previous stays. In regards to the restaurant, once again the cleanliness levels have clearly dropped and we were asked to sit at table that had not been cleaned.

A very nice place to stay. Check in staff were friendly and professional.Rooms were more than comfortable with very comfortable beds and superb air conditioning, excellent and quiet in the hot Adelaide weather.The ice cold bottle of bubbly was an unexpected surprise.Breakfast was of good quality and a lot of variety. Unable to fault this place at all.One small point is only 2 X 250 ml bottles of water in the room at check in. With temperatures of 40 degrees it would have been nice if they were in the fridge and replenished each day after being out and about. Perhaps this could be a small added bonus for Accor members in appreciation of their loyaly. Only minor but would be appreciated in the high summer temperatures.Will I be back ? Of course.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Pullman is conveniently located 5 minutes stroll from the mall. A special mention to the wonderfully efficient housekeeping staff who ensured we had a perfect room to return to each night. A perfect anniversary getaway.

A very pleasant hotel at which to stay. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and everything worked including excellent air conditioning during the hot summer weather. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfactory with a huge choice of juices and hot and cold items, all of good quality. One small criticism, especially in summer is 2 x 250 ml bottles of water placed in the room on arrival but never replenished over the stay and $4.50 for a cold Mt. Franklin from the mini bar - a bit steep. Perhaps for Accor members the complimentary water should be in the fridge and tagged as such and replenished as part of the house keeping service. Other than that 10 out of 10.

Really nice. Would be happy to stay for longer. Only gripe would be how nice it would have been to have a drink or eat dinner outside in the beautiful weather but those areas are used by smokers contaminating nearby people with toxic cancer causing chemicals. Shame.
