Always enjoy staying at The Pullman Hotel close to good restaurants and PalaceNova Cinema. Find the Valet parking service very convenient too. The service from the Bar staff and Salted Restaurant was excellent

I paid extra for city view room but was given a room1220 facing big shed and car park. When asked from staff, she said this comes under city view category..strange.. for making tea there was no milk provided

We recommend that if you wish to look over Hindmarsh Square, then you will be required to request and Hindmarsh Square view. City view does overlook the remaining part of the city facing north. It was lovely, the room was nice; breakfast was sensational. All staff that we came across were professional and happy to discuss our needs. The bar staff were fantastic! Always happy to make a coffee and hot chocolate late at night.

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. My partner stayed for a few nights over NYE to celebrate his birthday and we really appreciated the effort the Pullman staff went to so to make our stay extra special. We enjoyed the sparkling and cake celebrating my partners birthday. The room was clean, quiet and the balcony was awesome. And the faculties of the hotel were very nice. The breakfast delicious and the staff super friendly. Thanks again!

Dear General manager and assistant General manager from the Pullman Adelaide, On Jan 5th 2019 I did arrive in the late evening after 10pm in your hotel and I was helped very friendly and professionally by your staff at the check inn. At this counter I was informed that breakfast did start at 06:30am in the morning and I did confirm about my pre-booked late check out. My question to the staff was if 4pm can be 5pm just due to the fact of my outbound flight from Adelaide. Your friendly staff mentioned "ooooo this should be no problem, but please to give us a call before 4pm on tomorrow (Jan 6th) to confirm?” How big was my surprise that when I did enter the restaurant for breakfast at 06;32 nothing was ready, and there was no help or explanation at all from non of the staff. Since I did pre-book the breakfast there is no excuse to not have a breakfast as promised. Due to my job, in 2018 I did spend over 100 days in hotels, i have my favoriets (non accor) and may be a bit to high expectations. But when the guy I did ask what is happening at the counter just walked away….. I was surprised and walked to the check inn counter and told my complain. Then at 3:15pm I did give a call with the hope to be able to check out at 5pm…. Negative again…. And I feel by the way I get answered by the receptionist… that I may never ask this again Let me be clear, you do pretend to be a 5star hotel. I am not the guy who want anything for free, I pay what I need and I am very happy to do so, but I expect service from a hotel like yours. So I would like to offer both of you a stay in any Okura hotel anywhere in the world to experience the service. No I am not working for this company, but I ok to pay for one night for both of you to see what means service, what means hospitality and to bring this back to the adelaide pullman. Anyway I am deeply disappointed in the way your hotel operate and please do not offer anything, I will reject this and see this as a cheap way to walk away from your responcibilities. Room was not ready at 3pm when we came to check in. Staff were always a little lost as to what was going on. When we asked for our car from valet parking, no one would notify us when the staff brought the car. So the car would sit at the front of the hotel for 10-15 mins and only when we asked would we get the key. The pool and spa area always seemed dirty and overcrowded.

As we do not have parking facilities here at the hotel, confirming that yes, valet parking is $42.00 in which we use nearby spaces. We also negotiate a discounted rate at the local U Park should guests wish to park themselves. In an ideal world we would love to build more space here at the hotel to be able to accommodate cars! Dear Team Adelaide I have been an Accor member for 15 years and stayed at Pullman Homebush NSW where the "ambience" is truly luxurious - including bar and dining Complementary drink of Jacob's Creek very average No oysters on offer No tablecloths and tiny pool inside Would not recommend or come back Kind regards Ilze J.
