I stay fairly regularly, always good quality rooms, facilities and excellent service from the front desk team. We used your conference facilities this time which were good, although conference catering a bit variable.

Great location in Adelaide, with excellent lobby and customer service. The rooms are good. The hotel clearly has been updated, but the old bones are still clearly visible. I had a good time on a business trip and would definitely consider again.

« Too bad Saturday night was SOOOOO loud! »

Terrific until the Saturday night which completely destroyed our stay. There was a function on the 15th floor and the music was so loud it was impossible to sleep. We were on the 13th floor and the bass from the music above made it impossible to relax let alone sleep. Not really that big a deal unless you were facing a 10 hour drive home the next morning, and the early start it involves. The worst thing is I have stayed with the Pullman previously, spending quite a lot on each stay. This time around I had recommended you to extended family members the Pullman was the place to stay for my sister's wedding. They all chose to stay with you.... they all were not happy with Saturday night. Also I have since found out that my brother made the same complaint about noise that I did upon checkout and received accommodation discounts , free future accommodation and vouchers. Luckily for you I am not one to rant on social media but this experience has made me think maybe I should. Please look up how much my stay cost me and factor in my 10 hour road trip home and perhaps you may understand why I am more than a little ticked off. Do I expect I will receive anything via e-mail? I doubt it. I see I still have a further 6770 odd characters to write but I think I have described my experience succinctly.

I asked for the Deluxe PARK room and got what I think was the BRONX view. After discussing with reception I was moved to 1203 which was better but still alas not really a park view hey? Really not what I paid for and misleading when booking. Then the 2nd day I had trouble changing the toilet roll so left the fresh new roll on top of the dispenser expecting the cleaners to help change it. Nope- came back after the room was serviced with the toilet roll still sitting on top of the dispenser not in it. If you pride yourself as a PULLMAN hotel why would you leave the roll like that? The next day the room wasn't even serviced. We were out from 2.50 onwards. Came back late to no fresh linen or towels. Lastly, waiting to check out- for about 5 minutes i noticed the check in counter became free and he took the people behind me. WHY? I was there a long time before them. I'm not pleased with the experience. Will go somewhere else next year.

Overall my experience was good with my recent 6 night stay - only a few minor problems, like the mini bar not stocked up every day, ordered one meal through room service and it was almost inedible (the meat was so tough I couldn't cut it with the knife - the cost of this meal was then taken off my bill at the end of my stay so all good), otherwise everything else great. Staff very friendly and helpful, car valet service worked like a dream, very comfortable bed and room so wouldn't hesitate to stay here again :)

Good foyer, not grand overwhelming and kitsch. Friendly staff. Morning papers readily available. Bar and lounge quiet and comfortable. Room size perfect, comfortable bed but doona too hot if you do not use the noisy aircon.
