Great location and fantastic staff; disappointed that Wifi didn't work for 2 days

This is our second time staying, I did feel however that there was a few things overlooked. A used coffee pod was in the tray of the supplied mini bar and that the bench was no wiped, could see finger prints. It was a very quiet room, could not hear any traffic noise for being in the city, so definitely a plus for us folk from the country.

The staff were all very lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with nice new facilities. My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. Probably the only downside would be the parking situation in front of the hotel - it was very confusing if and where we could or could not park to go check in and arrange overnight parking/valet etc. Thankfully there was a very nice valet attendant to help us out.
