Hello - I enjoyed staying at your hotel because it's in a good location and it's clean; however I have two issues during my stay: 1. I found a cockroach in my room 2. The drain didn't work, so my bathroom almost got flooded. I had to stop showering for 10 minutes to wait for the water to go down before I could continue.

The hotel is perfect for enjoying a relaxed stay with the breath and view of the sea. The stuff is charming and nothing could become a problem. Compared to my last stay end 2022, something seamed to have changed. Its hard to pin point but maybe there is less attention to details given as before. The quiality of the breakfeast remained, though I still would love to see 100% juice. And the new style of croissant are a complete failure, if you want a croissant. The room service lost extremely in food quality, which is a pitty. The furniture needs more attention too, non-working or damaged items would be removed better before the guest arrives.

Good and Clean hotel. Especially Eduarda Ester was really nice. The rooms can be a bit bigger and the breakfast could Change a bit more. but those are only little Things. The Service with the beach with the chairs and umbrella ist also really good.
