From checking in to leaving it was an awesome experience. Staff were very qualified and welcoming. Nothing was too difficult. Restaurants were fabulous and reasonably priced. Choice of 5-6 places to dine and only wish we had more time to try them all. Special thanks to the staff in the executive lounge who made us feel like home. We will see you all again next year.

in general everything is OK with the view, friendly staff especially in holiday with crowed people. food is ok with reasonable price. however, restaurant and food are not various. houseskeeping forgot to leave us towels.

To say this hotel has a Wow factor would be an understatement. It'll take you well over an hour just to explore the magnificent buildings and grounds. Our junior suite was fabulous. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The indoor/outdoor sitting area includes two comfy settees, coffee tables and a huge copper bath tub, in which to relax whilst taking in views of the rain forest and mountains. There was also a separate bathroom, toilet and walk in wardrobe/dressing room. The restaurant is splendid. For breakfast, one room is entirely taken up with the buffet, which is excellent, with all the usual buffet offerings plus sushi and Vietnamese specialties. The dinner menu offers everything from simple starters to multi-course set menus. Food was flavoursome and very reasonably priced. Very generous platinum Le Club Accor benefits were given: a double accommodation upgrade, welcome gift, fruit platter and sweet treats, welcome drinks and free breakfast. To top it off, as they don't have a club lounge, each evening we were offered a free flow of pre-dinner drinks in the bar and a tray of canapes which were delicious and beautifully presented. They offer a lot of little extras. We took the free shuttle to the cable car station that takes you up the mountain. (You can buy the cable car tickets at reception and charge it to your room.) We also took part in a free meditation session and an early morning yoga class. The staff are all young, great looking and beautifully dressed. Everyone we met, from the yoga instructor and front of house, to management and waitstaff in the bar and restaurant was exemplary, being both friendly and efficient. Pre-stay emails were answered promptly and all requests granted.

Legacy Yen Tu is such a wonderful hotel with unique architecture. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, sometimes they are not fully trained and lack of information, which need the help of their manager to answer our questions. The spa is not ready yet, which is a major minus points to us. We are looking for zen from meditation and relaxation from spa when choosing Legacy Yen Tu to stay.

I love the unique traditional architectural design of the hotel, especially the lobby and the bar. I think it's very suitable for people looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. However, while the day time can be interesting with the activities the hotel offers; the evening seems to be quite boring to us when the whole place is in darkness and there is no activity to take. Also, I recommend you arrange more common space for groups to gather, chit-chat, play games and hold parties, since the bar and the lobby cannot fit many people in the days the hotel is fully occupied. All in all, we had a memorable stay at the hotel with super friendly staff. Thank you all.

We had a lovely time at your hotel. Most of the time we went sign seeing the architecture around the hotel and feeling the fresh air, we also swim at the swimming pool in the morning , it’s so clean. I'm very happy with the decor of the hotel. It is extremely beautiful & serene, & the room is very comfortable with nice view. Breakfast is awesome. The food is well cooked. However, the only issue is the speed of F&B service at the restaurant & bar which definitely need improved. My family had lunch at the 5 stars restaurant & here is our experience: we had to wait for almost an hour to get a pho after several reminders & my son's orange juice even never came but was charged in the bill. We then also was unhappy with the bar's speed of service later when our wafer cake never came. After finishing our drink & waiting for almost half an hour, we had to cancel the wafer order & left the bar. However, we were happy with the 3 stars Lang Nuong restaurant nearby which had good service.
