We have stayed at a number Conde Nast and Forbes top 20 resorts in Asia, North and central Americas over the last few years. It’s pretty but not the fanciest resort we have stayed at, Nayara in Costa takes that spot .However the level of personal service at the Baynan tree resort was particularly good and the staff really were invested in making sure you had everything you could need from organizing transport and days out to the local towns to serving a personalized vegetarian breakfast each morning prepared by Nho an excellent chef that works at this resort. Id say the Food, both breakfast and dinners that we had here were some of the best i’ve had at a resort surpassing resorts such as the Fairmont Mayakoba and Nayara although those resorts offers other things that this resort doesn’t. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing couples stay where you want good service .

We travelled to Banyan Tree Lang Co to celebrate our honeymoon, spending 5 nights in what can only be described as paradise. From the welcoming hotel arrival and warm introduction by our magnificent and very thoughtful villa host Mi, to the elegant and spacious villa design, right away we felt relaxed and at home. The hotel location is secluded and this adds to its charm, it has a lovely beach in front of the property and lush mountains behind, a true oasis! Throughout our stay, our attentive and always thoughtful villa hostesses Mi and Kim Phung made sure our stay was unforgettable. The highlights of our trip include visits to the incredible onsite spa and the dining experience on the beach hosted by the friendly and excellent Ty. We also enjoyed the complimentary Tai Chi and yoga delivered by the excellent teachers. There are so many more positives (including the food) and many special touches that the team at Banyan Tree brought to our stay across our visit. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special, 10/10 to the whole team!

We stayed for five days at Banyan Tree Lan Co and it was the most incredible hospitality experience I have ever had. The gardens were lush and full of colour, scented blossom and bird life. Our private pool villa looked out onto a lagoon covered in purple and pink lilypads. The room was quiet, well air conditioned, and beautifully cleaned every day, with little gifts each evening. The last night we returned to find rose petals and a towel sculpture of swans on our bed! The breakfast buffet was a dream, with delicious foods available from around the world (the freshly squeezed juices, chia puddings, and sea bass with rice were total highlights). We swam in the pools and in the ocean, played archery, badminton, did the quad bikes and drank swim-up cocktails in the sister resort next door. The beauty of the space was one thing, but what made this a really heart-warming experience was the genuine care and kindness of the staff. Our two customer relationship managers, Phung and Mi, took the time to check in with us most mornings at breakfast to see how we were going, as did the hotel manager Dao. At one point even one of the chefs Nho came out to say hello and offer to send us her very special recipe for chicken pho that we’d been enjoying so much for breakfast. The staff are obviously very busy but the fact that they took this time to talk to us about so many different things really meant a lot. Learning about the way the staff banded together during COVID to keep the resort running – and dealing with multiple typhoons at the same time – is really testament to the fact that what makes this place so special are the people who run it. I was particularly impressed to hear about how much Banyan Tree invests in supporting and training up the local community. This is not something that happens with every resort and it’s worth sharing. Having these kinds of human connections is what makes travel so enriching, moving and transformative. We both left feeling so utterly energised, well taken care of and healthy – and feeling very, very grateful for the experience we’ve had. We will definitely be returning, and will be sharing this review with all our friends and family. -Suzanne

We stayed at Banyon Tree Lan Co for four nights. I’ve stayed in many resorts around the world but this was, by far, the best I’ve ever experienced. The hospitality, the location with the beach and surrounded by lush verdant mountains, the perfect weather, delicious food and wonderful amenities – all were six star. The private pool villa was architecturally stunning – no shortcuts on design or quality of build. Loved the outdoor shower. As we were on a romantic holiday, the hundred percent privacy and seclusion of the pool and villa made for extra special memories! There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, along with an array of complimentary activities which we participated in. The gym was great, and the yoga space gorgeous, surrounded by lagoon, blossom and frangipani trees. All the staff were amazing, but special mentions to Phung, Mi and Dao who made our time at Banyan Tree so special. We will be back with the family, and highly recommend this resort. Six STARS 🌟

The stuffs do their best service, also there’s have several restaurants can let us choose which tastes we want to eat today, they also will prepare some dessert for us after our playing golf. We will back again soon.
