I had a very beautiful dinner at Banyan Tree Restaurant. The view is completely stunning. Oliver takes care of us kindly. Will definitely come back. Ambiance with the house music was wonderful and we loved the colors and the lighting. Thank you so much.

Amazing. The room came with a stunning view and 5-star facilities. I recommend the serenity club lounge room. You'll get full of unexceptional services including the afternoon lounge, breakfast and welcome drink. The staff are friendly and professional. I feel thankful.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree Bangkok was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding team, including the wonderful Ploy, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The friendliness of the staff was outstanding, and every request was met with a smile. The room's panoramic city views were mesmerizing, and the rooftop bar provided the perfect backdrop for unforgettable evenings. In essence, the Banyan Tree Bangkok encapsulates the epitome of luxury and comfort in the heart of Bangkok. It's not a question of if we'll return, but when. Thank you for everything.

From the moment you arrive the standard of service is exceptional and that is maintained the whole stay. The club lounge is well worth the extra, from breakfast to afternoon tea to evening canapés and cocktails, you’ll be well looked after. Plus the bonus of two free laundered items each day. We dined at their roof top restaurant and bar and the meal matched the spectacular night time Bangkok skyline view. The room was large, spotlessly clean and always serviced perfectly. The gym is well equipped and has a sauna and steam room. Overall a perfect escape location

The view was really nice. We recommend that you go from 6 pm so that you can also see the sunset and the change in scenery. The food was also really delicious. The staff named Beer, gave a really nice service! We are really grateful. Because of him we really had a great and comfortable time!
