Fantastic stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and the room was beautiful. Location is excellent and the breakfast was second to none. Special thanks to the concierge for their assistance with organising day trips.

Memorable experience and would def recommend everyone for their private events or even to just celebrate your special occasion. Excellent hospitality and staff. We had planned our brothers proposal at Vertigo (Rooftop bar) in March 2024. The set up was first of its kind by the hotel for the proposal at Moon Walk, a glass-paneled floor that peers into the city below. Thanks to Deepak Soni who initiated and made this happen without any hassle, Khun Pairry for all the support, coordination for a flawless surprise proposal and making sure we got whatever we needed, Khun Boom for a very delicious dinner, complimentary drinks, cake, mint chocolate and group photo to everyone. The whole team was very cooperative and almost went above and beyond to meet all our requirements.

wonderful stay at the Banyan tree in Bangkok for our last night. stay unfortunately too short. Thanks to the wonderful room manager Akkichei C. for his exceptional welcome and his personalization of the stay. very nice suite, we had dinner at the Safran restaurant on the 52nd floor with an extraordinary view and a very pleasant ambience. We will return with great pleasure and we absolutely recommend this remarkable establishment. once again thank you to Akkichei for his extreme professionalism and his exceptional interpersonal and friendly skills

Exceptional location and fantastic service by Beer , our waiter. Food was delicius with a wonderful view over Bangkok. We had very good spaghetti with prawns. If you have any Allergy, I am allergic to garlic, they can do special dish for you :) Thek can take also a memory picture of you over a landacape you will never forget
