We decided to go to Banyan TREE for a little getaway. What an amazing experience it was. The view was phenomenal, I even woke for the sunrise view. The food was delicious! There was a big variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The pool view was spectacular. The hotel was child friendly and the staff were so friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again! Personal Mention to: PENNY who dedicated her time to serve us at Vertigo too, also Yok & Aom for making fabulous foods for us. We love you PENNY

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect stay at this lovely hotel. The decor and the aroma of essential oils gave a calming atmosphere after the hustle and bustle of the city. We were well looked after and made our silver wedding anniversary extra special. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we loved watching the lady cleaning the outdoor pool garden as she was so agile! Our room was perfect and the bed was soooo comfortable. We dined at Vertigo - amazing views and food! A shame that at least one person disrespected your request and dined in a vest and shorts. One thing we have noticed is how much the locals love 'posing' for selfies. 2 young ladies were taking selfies behind us for over 10 mins and the constant flashing of their camera was intrusive. Had it continued we would have complained. The Saffron cruise was perfect and the food was excellent. Our only surprise is that the hotel offered it as their own cruise but we had to make our own way there and back. The staff weren't even totally sure of how to get there by public transport which is what we had chosen to do as the skytrain and MRT are very easy to use. We were told it was apx a 5 minute walk from IconSiam when in fact you board right outside this shopping mall. The food on the cruise was wonderful. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Great 5 star hotel

The Banyan Tree is a wonderful hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Wendy who checked us in and out! the room was spacious and very comfortable and the view from the top is amazing. Only downside for us was the location in the banking district meant a bit out of the way.

This trip is second time visiting here. Everything was excellent as same as usual. This time I enjoyed the food at Bai yan restaurant soooooooooo much. But food portions is big than i expected haha, I left my food quite a lot so K’Job help me to keep my food and heat it for next day. I was so impressed that he try to help me. Thank you K’Job for incredible services !!!! Superb ❤️❤️❤️
