The hotel is modern and stylish. We were well looked after and breakfast was good. Dinner had to be taken in the independent brasserie next door to the hotel, and the meal was reasonably good.

Stayed a night as my wife had an appointment at the Oncopole at 8.00> Good welcome. Circular building with a open interior. Each floor has its own lighting pattern which can be enjoyed when sitting in Bar. No restaurant but bar service, Good restaurant next door. Rooms comfortable. Air Con struggling with the high etemperatures

Nice, quiet, comfy, clean and modern. I did not take the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Price, about average, and yes, I would stay there again. A car is necessary. With Toulouse traffic, make sure your destination is close to the hotel.

We were there to see a friend who is ill and was having a test at the ‘hospital’, and thought we were staying in a ‘hospital- hotel’. Instead we came to this vert nice hotel with a vert ‘positive’ atmosphere, vert friendly personell and super rooms. Our stay became a happy reunion og old friends instead og a ‘sad’ meeting! « Very disappointed »

Pretty disappointed. Room and lobby are OK. But after 3 months they should be past first teething issues. No having a restaurant would be acceptable if this was a city centre hotel. But it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Only two options: a pretty bad brasserie next door which feels like a warehouse with average food and unless you are a big fan of Johnny Halliday you'll have to put up with his entire music catalogue for the whole length of your dinner. Painful. The other option is to have industrial food jars reheated at reception. 15 to 19€ for a ready made, reheated jar of food is not acceptable I am afraid. Would be debatable if the quality of the food was great. Despite being described as premium dishes they are just average. how can you sell these for the price of a cooked a la carte main course in a restaurant. The hotel is advertised as having a fitness centre. Apparently a treadmill does not qualify as a fitness machine according to the manager. Her answer was: this is not advertised as a 'sport room' . What is the difference between a 'fitness centre' and a 'sport room'? They do not have treadmill because of the noise apparently.... The room is on the ground floor.... I wonder how all the other hotels cope with the 3 to 5 treadmills which you always in any hotel fitness centre all over the world. Manager is certainly very active but has got a pretty abrupt approach with customers but also with her staff. Not sure this is an appropriate way to communicate with them in front of guests. Certainly makes you uncomfortable. During my stay I heard about at least 2 others guests not having the room done during their stay and missing basic hotel essentials (towels, etc...). Despite being a loyal accor member, I'll pass next time.
