Every aspect of service was top notch, from check-in (super pleasant!) to room service (super speedy!) to check out (super efficient!). The décor is simply breathtaking, and the room amenities (soaps, shampoos, etc) are worth buying. (I specifically want to thank Nurgul at Reception who, during our check-out and upon hearing how much we liked the soaps, etc, herself organized a small bag of complimentary soaps & shampoos as a going-away gift!) The only complaint we had was that all three of our dining experiences (room service dinner, buffet breakfast, and restaurant lunch) were sub-par. Too bad: the place is so beautiful and the service is so great.

In general I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel. My room was cleaned properly and equipped with all necessary staff, all my requests were fulfilled quite quickly. The hotel stuff was friendly and very helpful. However I noticed that selection of food for breakfast is quite limited and food in buffet (business launch) in main restaurant was below of my expectations (taking into account 5 star grade) especially compare to other Rixos hotels such as Rixos Borovoe. There were some issues with hitting in my room (noisy and was working intermittently) and soundproofing, I heard man's coughing in neighbor room =)). I was wondering to know that kids room is not functioning and honestly it is poorly equipped with toys and no entertainment for kids at all. It was pity as I traveled with my 6 years old son and he was completely disappointed. I liked fitness room very much, enjoyed my experience there. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to try spa and hope next time will have more time for this type of leisure.

« Very hot aircon temperature »

I wasn’t able to sleep well during my stay. The aircon temperature was centralised and set at 28 degree celsius. The room was hot like an oven. I spoke with front desk about this and requested room be maintained at 24 degree celsius. Was able to rest better on second night. But towards 5-6am, again they centralise aircon was playing around with the temperature, making it hotter. When you increase the temperature , the aircon stops ventilating the room and makes ithe room stuffy. Please try to maintain the aircon at 24 degree celsius for guests to rest well at night.
