All good. Needs improvement noisy AC. Selection of TV channels is not good. No CNN, few international options. Rather worn out and insufficient bar. Astana Irish pub can be good example how to do it right

Already stayed several times. Rixos Khadisha is unbeatable!!! From the doorman to every member of staff, this hotel is professional, magnificent with perfect rooms and bathrooms, great places to eat and in THE best position, right in the center of the city. It has an outstanding spa and pool. There are not enough positive things that I could say about this hotel. Amazing!!!!

Wonderful Hotel, but the central heating and air conditioning system is very poor.

You have an outstanding hotel, but the experience was negatively impacted by the central heating and air-conditioning. I called several times to have this addressed but it never worked properly for me. I was too hot in the night (causing me to sleep very poorly) I had to open the window and then sleep with ear plugs because of the street noise. For a 5 Star Hotel this is unacceptable.

1. There was no instructions NOT TO PULL decorative curtains. I did this and the whole curtain came down. 2. TV programmes limited in terms of English Content like HBO, FOX, Cinemax 3. Breakfast was poor and mostly pastries to make breakfast assortment look plenty/ many but actually few. 4. Rooms are tired and decor is OLD and out of date. 5. Staff insisted that I had a laundry bill when I checked out but could not produce a receipt with my signature.

We asked for a small kid's bed and didn't get. Also, the room was cold and again asked for recheck and make the room warm but no response just asking to wait, for that reason my baby got a fever. we made a choice of this hotel in a hope to get a warm room. Nevertheless, the food was very good and the room is clean thanks for that!

5 night stay and almost perfect. Sadly the checkout experience did not meet the standard expected. One staff member trying to do group check in...all check out...answer telephone is simply never going to provide a satisfactory guest experience.

Every aspect of service was top notch, from check-in (super pleasant!) to room service (super speedy!) to check out (super efficient!). The décor is simply breathtaking, and the room amenities (soaps, shampoos, etc) are worth buying. (I specifically want to thank Nurgul at Reception who, during our check-out and upon hearing how much we liked the soaps, etc, herself organized a small bag of complimentary soaps & shampoos as a going-away gift!) The only complaint we had was that all three of our dining experiences (room service dinner, buffet breakfast, and restaurant lunch) were sub-par. Too bad: the place is so beautiful and the service is so great.
