Same buffet everyday, almost same food. I suggest that you should do national nights for every week of the day, Italian night, Turkish night. Specialty restaurants are extra, why? Premium did very good job by service and food quality. Should be inclusive. Entertainment manager should be fired if you have one. Bored to death. Your managers are so snob, they do not even say hi when they see a guest. La patisserie thing is a lie, never seen that place open. Airgun Shooting made me wait 15 minutes at that range no one showed up. Send someone to Club Meds to learn how they keep guests happy. Biiiigggg disapointment.

Location of the hotel does not offer a back exit to other parts of the beach, therefore the only exit is the front. Needing to know where and how to get elsewhere I found the reception desk and Guest Services offering very little assistance/advise. Many members of staff have little or no knowledge of the English Language.

Good to have been given an upgrade to a fabulous room. All the staff put themselves out to ensure that the stay was memorable. Fantastic food with an amazing choice of dishes although at times not vey hot. Cleanliness around the hotel was immaculate. Unfortunately for us, due to the time of our stay some facilities were closed, which obviously reflects in the price of the holiday.

A lot of thanks on Shef Front Office Reception Mr Ozgur Bosbas . Special thanks for Front Reception Assistent Ms Maria Ider . She is soo nice, polite, feeling the beeds of clients and ready to help with all her heard !! That can not everybody . She make as well her best to make our holiday in that way, that thanks to her and to MrGurkan Ariboga we have strong feeling to come again and again . We was , thanks to Mr Gurkan TWO times in this summer in Rixos Sun Gate . Even after staying in MAXX ROYAL , we leaved this Hotel, weil we was not satisfied with our expectation and we returned to RIXOS . After returning to Moskau immediatly we send to your Rixos my mother Lidia Chepurnaya and she is still happy there with my aunt . Than after cupple of days we send to RIXOS Sun gate my daughter Daria B. and she is as well still happy there . And finally i want to say : SPECIAL MANY MANY THANKS on incredible nice and wonderful hauskeeping Girl Mss NARILYA DINÇ!!!❤️❤️❤️ She is soooo intelligent and with soooo lovely and nice heard , very professional , And ( VERY IMPORTANT ) : she feel clients snd his needs soo deeply, she speaks in such an seldom excellent intelligent russian language , that IT IS A WONDER , THAT SUCH PERSON IS WORKING AT HOUSKEEPING AND CLEANING THE ROOMS !!! SUCH PERSON SCHOULD BE AS ( minimum ) at Guest Relation Service . It is incredible , how she can arrange and find a words to make a guests happy . She was always Very friendly , inspite of hard working day . She ( Narilya ) could help and arrange so many things, wich actually another departments at Hotel could not arrange . She is very diplomatic, fine, shy enough , but such person schould work with people in directly contact . It could be only useful on first Place for Hotel Image . The only objection is at the very entrance to the hotel. I'm a guest and I do not have to tell anyone how I got in front of the hotel. Only retention on the ramp was not pleasant. But when I went into the hotel it was all great. From a spacious room with a sea view. Especially I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift from Executive Chef Recep Yüksal. All staff very professional. Especially kitchen and restaurant staff. After a hard day at the gourmet festival in Alanya, the hotel gave me a very nice vacation. I hope to return soon.
