The hotel was nice, but the swimming pools where closed, they should have informed us before booking.

« Great project but weak team »

Amazing project, wonderful concept, building and area. Low level of kids animation team, no scheduled activities at time, hotel stuff mostly not welcoming (for example in the theme park stuff was much more welcoming with kids). In the restaurant stuff clean tables, but chairs stays dirty( even if they have enough time to clean between breakfast and lunch). Nobody refilled our minibar without asking for it. Evening show and fountains looks amazing, but artists don't look professional actors, more like usual animators.. Animation team level is very low for such a great hotel. Rooms are not soundproof. We could hear all from our neighbor's rooms(( In the restaurant you have tags in Russian but that's worst translate I have ever seen. We stayed at room #1111 and other people called to our room when they dialed room service number. I told it twice to guest relation lady but there was no reaction.

I admired the theme of kidy way the hotel provided. The whole family found its need. The only drawback was not having Masjed in the hotel build. The available one is quite a way.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is very good too. It’s just that the hotel is overly priced. We paid for New Year’s package, but no difference from the regular booking.

« A tired trip »

I asked for two connecting rooms and got two rooms very far away. Unfortunately, the other room was my son. In addition, I changed my reservation from four days to two days. The hotel did not change the system. The receptionist withdrew four days and lost due to mistakes of the hotel. The currency exchange teams did not compensate for this mistake. Room views are bad although the hotel has confirmed the booking as requested and shows that the hotel management department is weak and unfortunately as a result of this deal I will have to make bad publicity towards the hotel

The only positive is games for kids. The food options are very limited inside and outside the hotel. The staff is not well trained and service level is poor.

« The best hotel we have stayed at »

Our whole stay was simply amazing. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and so wonderful throughout our stay. There was so much to do for everyone, especially our children. There were activities on all day and so much to do. There’s a shopping avenue, dancing fountain and laser shows, kids disco, theatricals performances, boat shows, theme park, spa and so much more. Every day there was an amazing buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with over 50 mouth watering dishes. The whole hotel was impeccably clean. The kids club was amazing, keeping the kids engaged and busy for many hours. We didn’t even need to go outside the resort because there was so much to do inside of it. We hope to return many times.

Other than the que at the reception, (the receptionist lady was extremely nice and she was very well aware of the discomfort of us waiting for a long while) everything was very good. It was hard to understand how the hotel manager let the guests wait that long because of the lack of number of employees at the reception desk, at a hotel with that sort of an investment. By the way I observed the que at the reception desk during the 3 days of our stay. And the second issue is the slippery floor of the spa, which is unacceptable on an investment that size. Overall as a Turkish citizen very proud of the Rixos group for such a facility.

Good hospitality..they bring us special cake for our anniversary...overall good...but only the service in the restaurant was poor ...it is hard to get tea...also.. sometime they didn't provide us knive & fork immediately...moreover I order a soft drink (Fanta) ...they said I have to bring my bracelet to pay first... & my bracelet in my room ... I paid for two people.. 260 TRY for a very bad service for dinner ...

As soon as we Mr Ali Reza welcomed us with great attitude and smile ( My favorite person in the hotel) explained every detail we need to know and was always available for help. The food was amazing too much variety especially the dinner it was above expectations Mr Nurredin was our waiter the first day and we made sure to sit where he is at every single day such an outstanding service. The facilities and entertainment is amazing.. the kids club was great and the kids didnt want to leave the hotel at anytime so much entertainment.. Miss Sabina was great with them and did a great job she’s amazing dealing with the kids and keeping them happy. I want to Thank the names mentioned above again and again for making our vacation memorable and fun.. we will definitely return again.
