We had a very pleasant stay. There are a few improvments that could be done starting with the house keeping our balcony wasnt cleaned ever during our stay. There should be a McDonalds franchise within the resort. The wrist bracelet cannot be used in many places it should be useable at every pay point in the resort. And more child minders are required. The water in the water resort was very cold my son caught a cold. The swimming pool was also very cold. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times.

« Nice hotel but a lot of the staff were miserable and rude »

The hotel was really good. Food excellent and theme park brilliant. The one thing that really let it down was 70% of the staff were rude and miserable. For that reason I would not go again to land of legends. Let's face it if the customer (me) can say please and thank you the staff should too. I'm the type of person who tips quite a lot and on the holiday the only person I tipped was one nice waiter in the bar near the fountain. The rest got nothing as I'm not tipping people who can't be bothered to even smile

This was our second stay at Kingdom Hotel following our great holiday one year ago so we saved up for a return. There were noticeable changes since the year before. Sadly these were not for the better. The management of Rixos need to put in place some careful observations of their staff. Staff in virtually every line of work were constantly on their mobile phones. When near them you could see they were on social media sites; usually messaging apps and Facebook etc. Staff on reception, bell boys whilst waiting for lifts, concierge staff and most disturbing LIFEGUARDS! If an accident occurred then this would make headline news. Rixos must ensure that this practice is condemned quickly. This meant that we as guests were never made to feel special or their number one priority. After being placed in a ground floor room with dirty B. liquid spilt all over the walls of our balcony we had to be asked to be moved. The disgusting mess in the walls was reported. This was done. Whilst out at Land of Legends one day we returned to find our room door had been left open by the maid all day. This was reported. It was disappointing to find that the very child friendly hotel, where my two sons who are elite athletes had trained in the gym all week last year, were now told that even supervised children were not allowed to use the gym facilities. The following day we saw other children in the gym who were not asked to leave. This inconsistency of message is unfair by your staff. We were happy with breakfast and staff in that area - high standards had been maintained. One of the reasons for a return visit was for the Land of Legends- it was extremely disappointing and not clear why the ‘lazy river’ that runs through the aqua park was closed for the whole week. It was also not made clear why the ‘high wire and rope’ experience in the dry park as well as other rides there were permanently closed. This should be made clear to guests as the ‘rope’ area is splashed all over your websites and advertising. Again in the park staff were frequently spending their times ‘playing’ on mobile phones. There was also no need for the ludicrous queuing system put in place for the inflatable slides. Once we were allowed to carrying our inflatables up the slides it was clear at the top though staffing was at a minimum at the top. There have obviously been cut-backs put in place with lifeguards or the intention is to create long queues. Overall we were disappointed with our stay and I would be interested to know if management at Rixos have carried out some surveillance of staff to see how they are wasting their time by frequently accessing social media when they should be doing their job to the maximum. I would say that more senior staff are setting the wrong example also to their staff. I could easily have taken photos of staff doing this but felt it was a breach of privacy.

« There is a THIEF working in your hotel! »

The stay at the hotel was amazing but unfortunately was ruined by my coat being stolen out of our wardrobe on our last day of our stay. The hotel management looked into this matter but didn't find the coat so i am extremely upset that something like this happened in such a lovely hotel like this. In the airport we met another family who stayed in this hotel and they told us an expensive aftershave was stolen out of their room too in the same week. I assume this is the same member of staff who is stealing items out of the hotel rooms when they have access for cleaning.

« An amazing hotel and has EVERYTHING needed in one area :) »

I must admit I was going with family to Land of Legends with little expectation, however the drive up to the hotel was so impressive and rather grand too. The kids were all in woow as we drove up and even more so at the entrance with their version of heaven, sweets and lots of it too. We have the All inclusive package and it seriously paid off with the the free games, drinks, food etc and good with families too. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids both inside and outside with the theme park/rides as well as a little group of kids dancing along with one of the members of staff which they all loved. As for the food, again can't fault, great and tasty and hats off to the chefs and staff for doing a tremendous job too. I really hope that they can keep their prices competitive as we will be visiting again soon :) Thanks Thanks guys!

Beautiful hotel, awesome theme park, very nice shopping avenue and restaurants area. Very helpful staff doing their best to support guests, but housekeeping needs alot of improvement, so does the F&B refurbishment, and rooms are abit worn out so need some attention there.

My son and i really enjoyed.The water park was very good PLEASE PUT LIFTS TO GO UP I AM 50 YEARS OLD AND KNEES HURT GOIN UP AND DOWN ANYWAYS I DID ALL THE RIDES WITH MY SON OVERALL ENJOYED .THE STAFF ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. This place is indescribable, everything was perfect... the residence, the food, the activities, etc.. You can simply find here everything you wish. The hotel is wonderful and was made to be child-friendly. the outside activities were adjustable to suit all ages (I would rather say from 6 years old or from 120 cm long. The huge variety of food is unforgettable. Despite the huge numbers of guests, the food were warm and delicious served. simply ... luxury with lot of fun

It was ok on the whole. Some points are rather irritating: the waiters in the restaurant are careless to the female part of the guests if they are not accompanied by a male. Can't get even a bottle of water if not asked for. Formidable! The cleaning was so-so, just making the beds and putting water. Not so congruate to the 5 stars status. The relation to the Accor club can't be seen at all. Though I have a gild card, not a smallest hint for any of the previlleges which are due to this status. No gluten free food in the restaurant. Though the hotel was fully booked, the Aqua park worked short hours.
