Overall it was a nice break. But for an English speaking traveller, I felt I was missing out on a lot more that the resort had to offer compared to a Russian speaking traveller. A lot of the entertainment and staff cater to the Russian language. At times it was difficult to seek appropriate information given the above.

Beautiful hotel entertainment could have been better at nights . Service was great spa good overall we would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again . House keeping could be better maid for our room did not clean the carpet once’s during our weeks stay . Plenty of food on offer but a lot of the time it was cold

Excellent resort, more important is that the service was excellent, much better for example from Selectum Resort which I stayed 2 months ago where the service was very neutral. In Rixos all the employees make you feel welcomed. I would like to highlight one girl which was working in the main restaurant, outside on the terrace and the people around the beach bar. I also applaud your health and wellness activities plus the excellent fitness center.

In general, Rixos Premium Belek was an excellent hotel, in a beautiful setting with lots of greenery. If you're a tennis fan, this hotel is perfect for you. It has six excellent tennis courts. The buffets are endless and very varied. However, it's very crowded and a quieter space, reserved for adults who want to eat in quieter conditions, would be nice. There's enough space for that. Unfortunately, Russians, who are present in large numbers, have an appalling lack of education. When it's dinner time, for instance, they fill their plates with masses of food but leave half of it untouched. We sometimes felt sorry for the staff, but the hotel can hardly be blamed for the lack of class of its guests. The wellness facilities are excellent, with two large saunas and a hot steam room, but there are no rules: some people don't sit or lie on bath towels or jump into the water immediately when they leave a sauna. Babies or children in general should not be allowed, especially prams whose wheels have come into contact with street dirt. This is no place for prams. Fully clothed people should also be banned. We noticed that some hotel employees find it difficult to smile, but maybe it's hard to be friendly with Russians who are grumpy and not so sociable. Our room was excellent and quiet, but because we were at the far end of a corridor, the clean-up team generally arrived in the late afternoon, when we were already back in the room. That's why we didn't have the room cleaned up twice. Also, one or two towels were sometimes missing. But overall we had a very pleasant stay in an excellent hotel and we do recommend it to everyone.

Very clean, ornate and luxurious. Lower tier and higher tier staff excellent. Middle tier will try to brush off any complaint, not to let it escalate. Adult only pool area, and dining area not adhered to, resulting in screaming, unruly children everywhere. Having a few issues in the hotel, main one, absolutely nowhere to be found to sit in main dining area, as completely overcrowded, even having people join you on your table as lack of space to be found. Tried to change eating at different times, but to no avail. Eventually, after being seated by a supervisor, and given a desert knife and fork, as they had run out of cutlery, I asked for a manager. This is totally unacceptable from a 5 star, high end hotel group. We were ‘rescued’ by a the a la carte manager, who arranged for us to eat in any of the 3 a la cartes throughout our stay. That same evening,Asking for a Jack Daniels at the bar, to be told they haven’t got it, and won’t be able to get it until the following day as it’s a Sunday, and the shops are closed. Tried all bars to get one, and none of them had Jack Daniels, but was offered the mixer to go with it!! I specifically chose this hotel for what it offered, even requesting the drinks concept before choosing this hotel. After a stressful meeting that evening, with a very pompous gentleman in guest relations, a duty manager was eventually called, who in turn called a bar manager, they briefly argued, and guess what? Within 5 minutes every bar was issued with litre bottles of Jack Daniels, even having one placed in our room. All this hassle on our holiday just to get fed, and a drink of our choice. The following day,I put a review on trip advisor, stateing all my views, not lies, views. I received a letter in my room, with a beautiful bouquet of flowers ( by the end of our 1 week holiday, we received a total of 4 floral displays) , asking to meet customer service manager. This we did, who was a lovely lady, who listened to our concerns, she seemed very sympathetic, and insisted as it was my husbands birthday, to have an evening in the chargeable restaurant for his birthday, and we would be spoiled, a gesture of goodwill, to make up for our dissatisfaction. She mentions my review on trip advisor was bad for the hotel, and asked me to consider taking it down. I said I would consider it. I have to be honest, we had a very memorable, wonderful evening for my husbands birthday. The staff pulled out all the stops and we were truly spoiled. Whilst enjoying our evening, we were joined by the customer relations manager, and her side kick, who had drinks and joined in the celebrations. Again, I was asked if I would remove my review. I explained, I would when I got home as I did not know how. She stated if I brought my I pad to the customer relations desk the following mornin, her side kick would help me, as has been done previously. That evening returning to our room, it had been decorated with more flowers, another birthday cake candle light and gifts. On seeing this, I googled how to remove the review, as I felt bad with the review as they had done everything to amend this. I emailed both the restaurant manager and customer relations manager, thanked them for a wonderful evening, and told them my review had been removed. That was the last we saw of them. Things then returned to being as stressful as before. Unable to get seats for dining, unable to get certain drinks, minibar not being filled. I feel completely bought, and am so annoyed at myself. You sell this hotel as a 5 star luxuary brand, and on the surface, it is. But, in my opinion, this is not 5 star for middle age British couples who expect a certain standard and want a relaxing holiday.

Antalya has too many hotels and choosing the right hotel for ones own circumstances is not easy. Furthermore, we were traveling with ages ranging from a 1 year old and up to 65 years old-so finding activities for everyone would be difficult. And to add more complexity to an already complicated situation, we had special needs (wheelchair) and we needed to make sure that the hotel would be accessible. I can’t emphasize or thank the hotel management enough! It was absolutely fantastic and catered to all ages and our unique circumstances. A sincere and heartfelt thanks to Ms.Bilge Gulcu for organizing everything for us-transportation, rooms and checking with us frequently to make sure we are good and don’t need anything. This really meant a lot because it made our life much easier. The stay was an absolute success and we are already planning our next stay-and you guessed it-we will be booking the Rixos Premium Belek and we will not look elsewhere. It provided maximum comfort, countless amenities/activities for kids and adults, delicious food and wheelchair accessibility everywhere. It really felt like we have been transferred to a different world where everything has been designed/engineered to provide visitors with a peace of mind and a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel for any age group, or visitors-regardless of their circumstance because I am sure the hotel will leave you breathless!

Good afternoon Mr. Akkiraz, We just checked out after a two night visit to your Resort and would very much like to share some feed-back concerning our stay; After a 12 hours voyage to Belek we were slightly disappointed to arrive to the hotel and not receive a friendly welcome, no welcome drink, no cold towel and when we approached the front-desk to check in we were not welcomed, but simply informed that rooms are not ready and that we should please find our own way to the restaurant and have lunch while waiting. The lunch was amazing and presented in a fantastic way, food delicious so that was somehow making up for the disappointing first impression. After returning from lunch we went back to F.O to check-in and this time we were greeted by Esra, who was very friendly and made us feel welcome, Esra’s check-in was friendly and efficient. Upon arriving to my room I found that the DND / HK Service button was not working, the remote control was not working and the carpet next to the bed was wet as if it had just recently been shampooed. Also there was no welcome amenity in the room, but that may not be Rixos standard. The flower decoration was very nice. I had to make a total of 3 interactions with the teams before a technician finally came to the room to change the remote control. Most of these interactions was friendly ones, but on one location I really felt that I was inconveniencing and bothering the person I followed up with. The room of the view was fantastic, bot pool and sea view so thank you very much for that! The dinner on the evening of the 30th may best be described as a rather chaotic service. The waiter tending to our station was very friendly and smiling, but he was simply overloaded. It seemed he was not able to furnish our neighbouring tables with enough cutlery, napkins and chairs, so other Guests came to our table and simply stole our napkins and cutlery. On one occasion coming back to the table from the buffet one of our chairs had been removed so my colleague did no longer have a place to sit. However the food was fantastic and the teams were so friendly and accommodating, really we could see that they were trying hard to make it right. Yesterday we had an amazing dinner in the Ottoman a la carte restaurant. The teams went above and beyond and the Executive Chef / Culinary Director Chef Ümit was very generous with his time showing us around and really giving us such a fantastic an memorable evening. Also the teams in the restaurant were amazing and the food outstanding. Today upon checking out there was a very unpleasant conflict with the F.O teams whereas they insisted that we pay Euros 210 for pre-booked transfers despite the fact that I showed them an email correspondence from your reservations team pricing the same transfers at Euros 120, kindly see attached. This was handled in an unprofessional way and the situation made me feel very uncomfortable. Instead of apologizing for the mistake the teams tried to shift the blame over to me by referring to older correspondence where a higher price was quoted. Quite frankly any older correspondence is irrelevant as I have an email correspondence dated 7 days ago which is confirming and then re-confirming the price of the requested transfers at Euros 120. In addition the driver tried to drop us off at the wrong Rixos property, see attached photo. We had booked the transfer to Rixos Beldibi and he delivered us to Rixos Sungate.

we booked 4 rooms at the Rixos Premium in Belek. we were 10 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. we all had the most amazing time, the food was amazing there was activities for all and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very accomodating and very hospitable and really went out of their way to make sure we had a very pleasant stay. i would love to return to the rixos premium in Belek. and as a lifestyle blogger i will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends,family and followers.
