The hotel was absolutely wonderful but I had a problem at my checking out which was dealt .. with an inefficient way ..I couldn’t find my medicine and an amount of money and when I asked to go to my room to check for my self, they didn’t allow me strangely no one was there so why didn’t they want me to go there???!!!This made me lose my confidence in the hotel.

« We had a great time with our kids, really enjoyed the service and the high quality of food. »

It was our first time travelling to turkey with kids. We really enjoyed everything, especially the great staff at the kids club and the Rixos sports academy programme was a great bonus. The negatives were the cleaning of the room was not consistent depending on the cleaning person - some days worse than others. And it got very busy on the 1st of august.... The other big point I would like to highlight that the level of service at the reception area varied depending if my husband (Swedish) or I (Russian speaker) approached. They were never friendly or accommodating to my husband (non-russian speaking staff) but every time I approached a Russian speaking staff I found them very friendly and helpful.

- friendly staff - nice decoration in halls Kids club: - activities not separated for children of different age - bad smell in the kitchen for kids and not high quality food for them served - non-working conditioner inside for the whole week we were there!! - no proper aqua zone (only 2 pieces) - guest relations sometimes unreachable - too messy main restaurant (sometimes felt as a canteen) - low quality wines served (not able to drink any) - no freshly squeezed juices apart from the orange - too bad for a 5 star - food quality overall good, although more healthy choices would be preferable (no avocado at all!!) - not clean enough (almost every day there was a problem with the service level, although reimbursed with compliments from the hotel)

Everything was perfect, except : 1. The price. 2. The quality of the shampoo, gel shower and soap in the room was average. With the price that we pay this year (very very high), should be Hermes. 3. The fish and the seafood was not good. 4. There were babies in the pool with their pampers on.

we came to the hotel september last year it was amazing in terms of service, cleanness, entertainment and quality of food thats why we came back this year but it was not up to our expectations due to the following reasons: 1- cleaness: the rooms are not clean you can obviously see the dust every where the floor and carpets are dirty the bathroom is another issue it's smelly , spotty and really not clean , the shower is a disaster it leaks my kid slipped and fell down and i called the room service to come and sweep the water or bring extra floor towels and they didnt respond the second day i went to the reception and asked for the same but they didnt respond, i went by my self brought floor towels and sweeped the bathrom after taking the shower . the thing is slipping espically for kids is dangerous and they didnt follow saftey measures this was disappointing from a well known 5 stars hotel, they didnt put enough shampoo and shower gel we had to ask for them every day. 2- the pool: this year the water is not clean at all and again they didnt follow saftey measures around the pool, there was a big spot of oil near the pool edge , my kid and his freind slipped while playing within 2 days and this was really dangerous i told the life guards many times noting that they saw the kids sliiping but did nothing eventually i had to ask the kids not to play around the area of spotty oil and had to clean it by my self by putting water and rubbing although they could've solve the issue by rubbing the area with some soap. 3- the food: i think the hotel follows a cutting cost strategy, food quality is not as per the last year much lower and the way they serve the food shows that they are trying to minimize the amounts guests take . they changed the coffee brands we used to have segafredo this year it's another brand that we dont know. the ice cream is lower in quality etc... noting that this year we payed 150€ more per night as we thought it's worth the extra money. overall the kids enjoyed the trip but we as adults noticed the big difference in service and quality so i dont think that we'll go back to this hotel again noting that we visit antalya twice a year but this hotel is not an option any more .
