When we arrived in Bodrum the transfer service was perfect. But when we had to leave the hotel the driver did not show up and did not even pick up the phone when they called him from the reception. Very disappointing. Had to get taxi to airport. Even if had paid for two way transfer.

« The management is poor »

First of all, receiption scamed on our room type, the minibar drinks was expired (I took pictures of drinks on rixos emblem to prove), the al cart restaurant manager didn’t wanted to cooperate about customer allergies. In common restaurants the waitress was taking bribes to reserve the tables (have the video and picture). The Bathroom sink fell on my father foot (have the video and photo). The Overall service was poor and the management too. It was not my first time visit, before this trip everything was good, but this year it’s worst experience we had.

Rixy club stuff was much better then last year. Thanks to Cansu & khayal & efecan.! But it needs more hand craft activitiy. Some of your rooms has a ceptic smell. Zeytin restaurant in the evening restaurant is very hot. Service , staff, food and atmosphere is great. Italian restaurant waitresses need more training. Many thanks for a nice experience.

« Great hotel overall in a beautiful location »

Happy overall with the hotel and the stay, although some things require attention and improvement for a five star property of Rixos’ and Accor’s caliber. The property needs renovation, especially in the rooms, where furniture is dated and has visible marks and scratches, same for accessories like lamps. Ventilation in the bathroom was not working well, so condensation after shower took very long to dissipate. Ceiling fan in the room did not work at all and the AC was too strong even on the lowest setting, so we had to sleep with an open window, but it was a bit too loud from the Sea & See bar until 1am every night. Bed linen was not 100% cotton although it said so on the label or it was poor quality cotton; pillows were very soft and not even; again not worthy of a five star status; even your Novotel and Mercury hotels have better bed linen and pillows. Beach was nice and clean, but the sea near the main pier was getting full of litter and feathers every day and wasn’t cleaned frequently enough. We also found an old and long nail in the sand one day (have a picture), luckily we did not step on it, but it’s dangerous and the beach should be cleaned regularly and checked for things like this. Overall, the positives like location, staff, beach, pool and food, far outweighed the negatives listed above, and we had a great family holiday. But if you are benchmarking this to Sofitel, then a lot is left to be desired.

Entrance was delayed until 4pm. We were a honeymoon couple and reception said the room was being prepared for honeymoon, but it wasn't. Hotel employee are nice people. Alacarte restaurants' service and food is worse than the main free restaurant. Food is good in the main restaurant. Service at the beach and Sea&See bar is very good. You can see a 12 year old boy wearing bathrobe at noon, smoking a cigarette and showing his dollars in his pockets to the barmen.

5 years in a row. I like the place and the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Gökhan (+90 (532) 606 28 88). Just a small criticism for the alacarte restaurants. 10 $ is not fair and you should develop a loyalty program for the loyally every year coming guests. This is the shortage you have, thanks to god; your stuff just like Mr. Gökhan are trying to overcome this kind issues personally.

Rooms were clean and new. Building were planned very well according to walking distances. Staff were very nice. Alacarte restaurants were not included in prices which was one of unsatisfactory items. Also food court might have richer or niche menus based on comparison with similar hotels in Agean Region. And that would be nice if there would be cushion on sunbeds.

I enjoyed every second of my vacation while staying at rixos premium bodrum. The hotel was extremely nice. The hotel staff were the nicest and most courteous people I have ever seen. « A satisfying stay »

Over all it was a lovely stay . The resort is situated in a very good location, the beach is marvelous. The food in the main restaurant is very deliciousl , while there is variety of selection. The worst thing in the resort is the internet connection, which is very slow and sometimes there was no connection at all . Also there is neither iron nor booard in the rooms. The shuttle services was sometimes late also .

« Trying to do too many things »

It's a nice hotel, but trying to do too many things with a limited budget. It's an expensive hotel, and it seems you are trying to cut a lot of corners. Senior staff inexperienced and not well-trained: - Very little staff spoke English, but they were trying hard to please us - We had to go to the reception to book the restaurant? it's a lot of unnecessary walking - Signage is very poor and we spent a lot of time guessing how to get places - why are the towels so far away from the beach? it's really inconvenient that there aren't towels closer - the food was nothing impressive, especially the paid restaurants My room smelled a little bad in the morning when the A/C was on. There are too many kids in the resort, which wasn't expected considering the premium price we paid (I feel we got ripped off a little bit) The beach is beautiful and we really enjoyed swimming. I would have rather paid a little bit less and not had all of these fully-inclusive perks. Despite all of this, we had fun because we made an effort to avoid using the shared hotel facilities. If I came back to Bodrum I would not stay here because it is too expensive for what it's worth.
