My wife and I stayed at the Rixos Beldibi between the 25th October and 1st November 2018. We enjoyed every moment at this impressive establishment. The service was excellent throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was plentiful and wonderfully prepared with a wide variety on the menu. Even the weather proved to be perfect every day. It was a great holiday and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quality relaxing getaway. We intend to go back at some future time. My single concern was the sound of music played late into the evening at a nearby premises but this was no fault of the hotel.

The holiday itself was very clean, however it really lacked some key components which would have made this holiday amazing. The pools were too cold for anyone to get into, kids entertainment was minimal, no jacuzzi, and lack of kids food variety.

It was very disappointing that you do not heat the pool regardless of the being told it would be switched on in November. As when you have young children you are not going to put them into a freezing pool. We asked and asked if the inside pool could be heated but was told no not until November. Also the language barrier was a big issue. You should have more staff that can speak English as we struggled to communicate with them.

Stayed at Rixos Beldibi for 10 nights, from 15th to 25th October, 2018. We paid extra for superior room with sea view. Room was excellent. Cleaned daily, & fridge restocked daily. Made three requests before coffee cups were provided. We requested via Guest Relations for a bottle of wine to be left in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary on 18/10. Although promised, this did not appear. Overall hotel was excellent, bar and waiter service all very good. Cleanliness throughout hotel was also excellent. The only area of disappointment was with the restaurant food. We were surprised to find the same food dishes were presented at lunch and dinner times, both on the same days; and consecutive days. (Specifically I refer to separate preparations of chicken, veal, and whole fish.). This practice caused me concern as to whether these dishes were being freshly cooked, or repeatedly reheated! I should mention that on two separate days I suffered 8 hours of diahorrea, which could only have been as a result of consumption within the hotel; as we had not left the hotel prior to these occasions. This was our seventh holiday in Turkey, including three at Antalya (Lara Beach). I understand we were two of only six English guests at this time; It was apparent the food offered was understandably aimed for eastern European and Russian palates. Overall we had a very nice holiday. The hotel was well maintained, and cleaned to a high standard. The staff were attentive, polite and hard working.

« A nice family break in a well kept, luxurious hotel. »

It was a nice family break but unfortunately we looked forward most to spending time in the pools as that all that’s young kids want to do. Unfortunately the water was freezing both outdoors and indoors so we couldn’t make the most of our experience. The spa facilities should at least have a jacuzzi just a sauna and steam room is not sufficient so were extremely dissappointed with this. Although it’s a beautiful hotel it didn’t cater well for a young family. Food for young kids was not up to scratch there wasn’t anything they liked on the menu. Apart from boiled veg and boiled chicken of some sort there wasn’t much else for them and our kids do not eat that.

Everything was very satisfactory. This was a family trip with also some elderly people and since all facilities were located on the -1 floor it was also very easy for rhem to reach them. I just wished there was more variety at the cereal corner since I am not a very big eater. Staff was overall very friendly. Special thanks to Emrullah. We had a very good time and want to come back next year.

« It was an amazing time in there. »

I really liked the hotel and service provided. The rooms are comfortable, the environment is very nice, there are a lot of place for different activities, which is also an advantage. Sea is near, the food diversity also big. Everything was great, maybe only one thing, in my opinion English-speaking should be a must in the hotel. Of course we didn't get in any trouble but sometimes you can't get what you want when personal doesn't understand you (one little minus). But overall great job! Thank you!

THe hotel was very nice with very spacious rooms and vry friendly staff. Access to land of legend was great. Pity maybe that the 3 restaurants where not really opened at that time and access was only for 1 restaurant over the stay vs what is normal at most all inclusive venues

Fantastic territory, staff and lobby bar, nice rooms. The sink was leaking in the bathroom when we checked-in but was fixed after we reported. Mattress quality was not what i expected from 5* hotel. Room cleaning requires more attention: balcony was cleaned only once or twice during our 14-night stay, same re dust on lower shelves and vacuum cleaning of the carpet floor. Air conditioning was switched off after 1 am, which made nignt sleep almist impossible, but after a cuple of references to guest relation staff was fixed. Food - it looked like there was a lot variety of food but in fact there were only 2 or 3 dishes that we could eat, the rest of food was overcooked and absolutely poor quality of porridges. Food in fish restaurant tasted as if it was cooked out of frosen products. Wouldn’t rate it as food in 5* hotel.

Hotel was lovely ..... food poor if your English and hotel had advertised an Irish bar was supposed to open at 8 and didn’t till 11 which was then a night club .. no Chinese restaurant which was also advertised and didn’t say in a sister hotel .... and Italian which never said was chargeable... also was told land of legends we could only go once by guest relations and unfortunately I was ill on that day ... got back and found out off other people we could of gone on a Thursday as well ... and no irons in the room ... also got told certain drinks were in the lobby bar but then they served them anyway ..

A pleasant relaxed stay at the Rixos Beldibi with a lovely spacious room and lovely grounds. The drink selection was excellent with a wide choice from several bars and availability 24 hours daily. Unfortunately the catering side let the Hotel down with repetitive food in the main restaurant, often cold with a poor selection and the snack bar outside couldnt deliver a decent meal once, and we ate there, or attempted to on 4 occasions, as we were out on the other days. Food was very slow to be delivered and on occasions even forgotten about and re ordered, and not cooked properly, cold and meals didn't arrive together, if they did arrive! This was unfortunate as it lets the Hotel down and needs addressing. We did speak to a guest relations representative who promised to look into matters but to no avail. The staff were all polite and willing to serve our needs at all times. It is unfortunate one cannot seem to get a late checkout as I am sure rooms could be shuffled on the agenda.

We travelled as a group of 4 and it was a first visit to Turkey and first stay in a Rixos hotel for each of us. We were extremely impressed with the lovely welcome from the night manager and the standard of our spacious accomodation. The resort is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful and everywhere is very clean and well tended. All of the staff were friendly and helpful - they made our trip all the more special.
