This was a return visit for us and again thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was so perfect! All the staff were lovely, especially Dipesh at the pool bar. The restaurants were wonderful and food gorgeous. Our room was fantastic. The only thing you could improve is the hairdryer in the bedroom is very slow.

Well it didn’t start off good as I was waiting for check in but other guests were checking out and cutting in front of me which was irritating. There was a lovely man who could see j was frustrated and he immediately came to me took my ID and told me to have a seat. Then Jemary called me up she was fabulous she was very professional but personable as well. She heard my friend say she was so excited to be in Dubai for her very first time. She immediately upgraded us and said she would make sure we had an amazing view. She told us about the all inclusive and we immediately were sold. Jemary was terrific and made my first impression change and completely changes my attitude. We went to pool as our room was not yet available which was absolutely Gorgeous. The only complaint I have is once the waiters find out you have the all inclusive they really don’t attend to you. We had to pretty much go to the bar to get a drink and many times they used the well spirits instead of the premium which is listed on your all inclusive list. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant which was delicious but again the waite staff not very good. Had to ask for bread even though other tables were getting the bread,cheese and fruit brought to them which was a bit disappointing again feeling that we were slighted because of having the all inclusive. Other than that it was a beautiful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was super Breakfast was excellent, better than the brunch Waiting time at check in is too long. Every customer was taking more than 10 minutes to complete check in. Kids play area is excellent and very smart Staff are extremely gentle and helpful, definitely well trained

It was great! Beautiful beach, beautiful pool, the restaurant was great and the staff are wonderful. The only bad thing was that the room was overlooking the entrance. I did book a sea view room, and yes I could see the see but not that clearly as our room was on the first floor and directly over the entrance of the hotel.

We are Dubai residents and booked at Rixos to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were treated like king & Queen by Mr. Birles and his amazing team. They have even upgraded us to a room of dreams and set the room scene for us to have a wonderful anniversary experience. We will never forget this lovely gesture and this hotel will be our top destination in future. As for the facilities, we have tried the Turkish breakfast which is good while the Pool and beach are very nice. Thank you Rixos the Palm Team. Much Love Sara & Imad

Beautiful hotel no question. Helpful staff. Fabulous choices of where to eat and excellent food and drink choices. Just a couple of things marred our visit. We were travelling with friends but were separated in a room off the core near reception. This entailed getting one lift, walking diagonally across reception to get another lift just to get to breakfast. This is not a hotel for people with mobility issues. After breakfast to get to pool it is necessary to navigate a long flight of steps which get steeper at the bottom. And once you are at the beach or pool, if you need the toilet, you have to walk across and go back up the same steps to go into hotel. No ramps at all. No toilets (even portable ones) near leisure areas. And an extra walk and a lift just to get to breakfast. Other than these difficulties an enjoyable stay.

We all enjoyed our s. everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rooms great very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was too dark though. Food was great apart from the last night in toro loco when there was a piece of cling film/plastic in one dinner. Out of 4 rooms 3 of us had things added to the bill which we had not had. We checked our bills the night before and one room had that nights meal on which we were told would be removed by the morning, this did not happen and we spend half an hour trying to sort it out while l transport to the airport was waiting. The receptionist eventually removed the charges and then said if you had it its complementary which quite rude.

Facilities and services were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. The resort catered for all our needs from the beach front to the bedrooms. The restaurants - the buffet, the Italian and the Steakhouse were superb.

Excellent experience, very good facilities. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Variety and quality of food was first class and very well presented with excellent hygiene. One not so good experience when I woke to a Bill for 2 x bottles of Whiskey ( Dir 2,200) added to my bill from I Chill bar which we didn’t have! After the reception staff summoned the bar manager he eventually turned up and said it must have been an error! After the two members of staff debated in front of me what the receptionist was to enter into the system as a viable reason! An apology to myself was very muted and not very forthcoming. I spent 1/2 hour sorting the incident which I would of preferred being spent enjoying my holiday. I will say that this incident prompted me to scrutinise my bills from there onwards. This was a shame as the service overall from front of house staff, housekeeping and especially staff at the steak and Italian restaurants was first class and I had no problem tipping the staff for their excellent service. Other than this isolated incident at the reception that morning our overall experience was excellent and would return to the Rixos in future. Kind Regards Marcus h.

We recently stopped at the Rixos on the Palm on the all inclusive package. From the moment we walked through the door and was greeted by Javed & the rest of the staff to the moment we left we had a great time!! Check in was quick & easy. The pool & pool bar are superb. The staff were continually coming over to ask if we were ok or if we needed a drink or anything. The all inclusive drinks are all branded larger & spirits. Yadanar & the staff took great care of us around the pool & pool restaurant. You have many places to eat, you can go to see Isa in the Loco Steak House who puts on an amazing show cooking at your table while Diwan will look after you at the bar!! One evening we had Tomahawk steaks which were amazing!! You could also go to the buffet or the fish restaurant on the beach which is also great!! Great place & even better staff!!! Thanks for a great time guys we will definitely be back!!!!

The hotel stay inside of it was incredible. We got an upgrade to the wellness room with the adjoined private jacuzzi. The size of the room was enormous. But the water in the jacuzzi was not temperature controlled. So we couldn't use it since it was ice cold at all times. But the adjoining pool and beach bar, pool bar were amazing. One thing that really made us angry were the hotel staff outside the hotel that arranged the taxis for us. We did a lot of travelling from the palms to the various locations in dubai and also Abu Dhabi. Each time we wanted to do use a normal taxi, the staff would direct us to an executive one and say "we'll give you normal taxi rates" and being a five star hotel I didn't think they'd trick us. But they charged extortionate rates. I know the rates because I live in the country for more than 20 years. The second time I kept insisting for a dubai taxi and I still got told that they'd offer me the same thing as a dubai taxi using the hotel provided taxis. I asked why can't I have a dubai taxi and he went "don't worry sir, we'll drop our rates and give u the same thing in a lexus". The final trip from the Hotel to Abu Dhabi was the same thing. Needless to say, being such a reputable hotel with whom I've stayed so many times, I think you should look into this. I feel conned at the moment. The hotel stay other than this was exceptional. The upgrade to celebrate our anniversary was such an amazing gesture.
