It’s not our first time visiting the hotel and honestly we were really upset because you never stick to your websites offer and always we have to wait for more then a half hour to check in or check out, I think you should give the right training to your front desk people and avoid misunderstanding with the customers. It’s not the first time it’s the second time in a row.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at the Rixos the Palm. We were looked after very well from the minuet we arrived to the sad minuet we left. The staff were very attentive nothing was too much trouble. The Rooms were spacious and clean as was all the hotel very clean. The food was great although the hotel could do with another choice as after 2 weeks we were getting a bit bored with the choice of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall our experience was superb. There was the odd complication, such as the allowance for children at the Toro Loco which wasn’t fully understood until checkout. Generally we couldn’t fault the level of service from all staff. The food at the Patisserie took longer than any other outlet, not sure why, but we were generally advised of this. Room had sufficient facilities, the inclusion of the mini bar was welcomed. Staff at the beach work tirelessly all day, which given the heat is a credit to them. Mani was always smiling and delivering drinks and cold towels.

Very nice and welcoming staff overall. Especially chefs and restaurant managers. In particular Cheff Yakeen and Mustafa. Had an isolated incident with a front reception member off staff that was unprofessional in the way he spoke to us about a restaurant reservation. Again Mustafa intervened and rectified the situation. Also a great kid friendly hotel!

We stayed for one night with the Ultimate all inclusive package and my only negative comment was that it was not long enough. Nalin from the entertainment team, Dipesh and Mahcnora from F & B could not of been more attentive and welcoming making sure we were happy at all times. Our room was spauious and super comfy. Just make sure you book ahead for the al-cart resturants as they get booked up very quickly. Mohammed from Guest relations was happy to explain this and we look forward to returning to enjoy the steak resturant.

« It was our second stay at the hotel and we were relatively satisfied apart from the disappointing service and charges received at the hotel bar »

We had stayed at the hotel 3 years ago and were very impressed and in turn booked again on our subsequent visit to Dubai. The reception and concierge were very helpful, in particular at arranging a room for us earlier than check in. We were very disappointed on the last evening as we returned to the hotel for a drink in the bar and upon requesting the bill to arrange payment of 2 drinks (a bourbon & coke and a martini bianco on ice), discovered we were charged 230AED rather than 110AED. The bar tenderer, without request had taken the liberty of claiming to have provided us with double shots each and an additional service charge. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing end to what had been an enjoyable second visit to the hotel. We will not be returning to the hotel on our next stay in Dubai.

My stay here was not as it was last year . The welcome was not there . The food was not suitable for non beef eaters Although the chef and manager was very very good and always made us somthing special thank you to them. Staff out wasn't helpful and sent us on merry go rounds all the time .
