Nice hotel with perfect location and excellent staff. Just we surprised to see basement rooms and roof rooms with very small windows. Not ideal for people who have claustrophobia. Would be helpful to be transparent about these rooms in your web site when making booking so that your guest doesn't have surprise when arrive into hotel. One option would be state about these rooms in your room selection and offer lower price vs other rooms. I am sure there will be customers ready to pay low and not happy to stay there.

Compact room but with all essential amenities. Bed was very comfortable! Even with the double/triple glazing, some people might struggle with the road noise (continual hum).
