Excellent stop-over on trip to Alps. Langres is an interesting place to visit. Hotel was within easy walking distance of restaurants etc. Staff friendly. Breakfast varied & good value. The only negative comment is that our room number (136) was not listed on the direction signs & we had some difficulty finding it.

Airconditioning provided hot air instead of cool air, hence room was very hot. Helpdesk told us that this was a known malfunction, of which we were nog informed. It was advised to open window, but it could not be fully opened, because of safety precaution.

The room was so hot, the fan did not seem to work well enough and it was a very bad night due to the heat.

Our stay in the Ibis Budget Hotel, Langres, could not have been better. Receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful. Superb location, great underground parking area, and excellent rooms. The breakfast was fantastic value with freshly baked croissants, pains au chocolat, variety of breads, cold meat and cheeses. There was also scrambled eggs and bacon along with copious amounts of coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel .
