I was with my parents in law and my three children. The hotel is great for all ages, the kids club is the most helpful, kind, dynamic and flexible I have seen until now. Tennis And golf are great.

Second stay at the Fairmont Marrakesh, had another fantastic break, lovely room, great food and wonderful staff. The only issue I have with the hotel is the internet Wi-fi, there is no reason why the hotel can’t get this fixed. The access from our room was useless, the only placed it worked properly was in reception. I feel that a hotel of this standard should provide each guest with good internet / Wi-fi access from there rooms.

« Amazing property. Uneven service. »

Upon arriving to the hotel we were amazed by how beautiful the property looks, with really beautiful landscaped grounds and gardens, amazing swimming pool/spa/sports facilities, super spacious and luxurious rooms, delicious breakfast, and super friendly service when checking in and checking out and at the restaurants. Unfortunately, we were also taken aback later on by a few issues: It was usually quite difficult to reach by phone the reception or guest management or concierge from the room. A number of times the line was busy or not getting picked up. We also had an issue with our neighboring guest bedroom during the day who had left very loud music in their rooms and it took 45' for hotel management to do anything about it. We equally werent impressed with getting woken up at 530am by the same noisy guests next door, who told us to 'go fkk ourselves' when we knocked on their door asking for some respect. We then contacted the hotel's guest relationship manager and he did address the issue swiftly, but by then the damage was done. It basically put in question the kind of guests staying at this hotel. It really looked like the room next door was occupied by semi-professional escort ladies up for a party... Beyond that we were quite disappointed as well by our diner at the hotel restaurant, not very good and it took forever to get our main vs our starters. So all in all quite disappointing vs the breakfast high and also the food ordered by the pool. Lastly i thought the sunbeds were a bit of a let down vs the rest of the pool area. Not comfortable at all with the mattress continuously sliding under you. Finally the wifi signal was so weak throughout the whole property that it was pretty much useless

Staying in a villa, which, apart from meals, we didn't really leave. Room attendants were brilliant and kept it beautifully clean. Abdel, our butler was very helpful, as he was on our previous visit 2 years ago. Two issues we had were that the swimming pool had not been heated for our arrival but was sorted out within a couple of days. The other was at check out. It became unpleasant as having paid the extra's bill they then insisted that we produce a voucher or a letter from our travel agent. The time for this is at check in not check out. We haven't had vouchers issued to us for many years. Please note that this holiday was booked in my name (Lesley Beames and the extra's bill was paid on a card in my name) but all further correspondence has been to my husband who is Martin B., including this questionnaire, which he has forwarded to me to respond to.

Amazing breathtaking view on the Atlas mountains from sunrise to sunset!!! Excellent food in all restaurants of the hotel but room service is simply over the top!!! Breakfast on your balcony looking at the mountains is a unique experience which I highly reccomend. Relaxing by the pool doing nithign all day is like being in Heaven and all team of the hotel makes you feel every moment like the King of the world!!!

Beautiful resort with great landscape in a very natural set-ups where you could enjoy the view on the Gold and on the Atlas -Staff very well dedicated to service and to guests - Excellent food both for the breakfast and for the dinner - The only problem this Fairmont property seems not to really care of the Platinum guests of Accor Club !!! Until I ask during the stay I do not receive any particular attention , no upgrades , no special wordings in the room , no drinks vouchers .....very strange and disappointing for such a nice property ...Management should be more involved and recognize guests and their preferences specialy for brands like Fairmont or Raffles that should lead Accor towards the Upper brands style recognation.

« Wonderfully comfortable hotel with absolutely top service »

The hotel is beautifully designed and built and extremely comfortable. The grounds and swimming pools are exceptionally attractive. Bedrooms big and luxurious as are the bathrooms, though there are a couple of small design faults in the bathrooms - e.g. no towel rails, bad lighting round the mirror area - the showers were superb, and all in all a great experience. The staff were unfailingly cheerful, polite and attentive.

« Very poor experience with your staff at checkin and out and concierge »

I was impressed by the entrance to the hotel but the level of service and welcome came no where near my experience at the 4 Seasons. Staff were curt, borderline rude - certainly on check out - and I had specifically raised the issue of fast track at the airport when leaving. The concierge knew nothing about this even though I had had an email exchange on this subject with your guest relations people. Generally I though the room was a little tired in terms of décor, the food menu was not very good in terms of choice and I did not like the fact I had to rely on a buggy every time I left the room. Overall I left with a not good feeling - was pleased to leave.
