« Hotel undergoing construction changes »

It was not mentioned on booking that the hotel would be undergoing changes and construction. Only one entrance was available which was not working correctly (sliding doors not working) so difficult to enter with luggage, taxi was difficult to find and drop, unsafe to walk from metro exit. There was noise at night and with only one entrance lifts were slow with all guests having to use. Disappointing in comparison to my last stays.

Very bad.Maintenance was on every day and night.Every night i called to complain but they didnt do anything about it.Every dsy I was going to work tired.The only good thing was lady who was making omlet for breakfast and Olga who was cleaning my room.Everything else was very bad.I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Immediately upon receiving your commetns, we have checked the below: 1- While bathing Water pressure was fluctuating. We Tested water pressure and currently it is normal. 2- The smell in corridor is not good. It might be from the cooking smell in other rooms however the housekeeping attendants are constantly spraying along the floors. 3- In bed room the cloth cabinet door is not sliding well even it fall on me when I tried to open. On second day of your stay, our attendant found the closet door is out of rails and placed beside to the bed. It was urgently reported. 4- The sliding door to the terrace has broken lucking parts. We inspected the room and the locks are complete in the room 5- Lightning fixtures is rusty and old- the wall lamp is antique design and it is clean. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to prevent these kind of inconveniences to our valued guest from future occurrence. We do hope that you will give us another chance to serve you better, any of your concerns can be communicated directly to our Front office managers on same time of your stay, as we are more than willing to help resolve any issues immediately. I enjoyed my short stay of two nights. The room decoration and furniture gave me this welcoming and homey feeling. The room was obviously well furnitured but I think over used and needs minor renovation. The tv channels weren’t clear and the bathtub needs minor maintenance

Mr John Raffoul I have been emailing and had no response to my last 2 emails regarding an overcharge on my final bill . Could you personally check why this error occurred that we were billed twice for the same day and told it was correct . We were greatly inconvenienced on our last night of our stay when the room leaked and there was a flood in the apartment we then had to rush pack our bags and move from 1704 to 1702 on the 25/07/2018 .We were in the second apartment for 12 hours 2100 hours to 0900 am so how could we be charged on checking out for not having anything ordered and the minibar upon entry was empty we had to get our own water. As no one is replying i would like you to respond i do not wish to leave a bad review but to be charged twice and then be told it is not for 1702 it is for 1704 how can we have 2 charges for the same day it is a big error and we should not have to keep pointing it out again and again it should have been dealt with at the first instance...MRS F H. stayed from the 19/07/18 - 26/07/18..... you can check on your systems and get in contact with me , also Paras Bhadin will be aware..please check our invoice it was charged twice on the 25/07/18

Front house staff never greeted us ,not even a good morning.The only staff that were nice were the housekeepers and security. The valet service was appauling had to wait sometime half an hour for them to bring the car to us.Disappointed when checking in to be informed that the swimming pool wasn't available for 3 days. The only contact the front of the house staff had with us when it was check out time.

I wasn't informed about the noise of renovation and I waked up because of this noise and this was really bad. also when I was checking in I was told breakfast was included then in the breakfast I was asked to pay..at the end I didn't pay the breakfast as I complained to the reception as I didn't find any manager to speak to.. I stayed many times before and this time was the worst
