I travel a lot and i always use accord hotel chain. Good hotel with a NOVOTEL standard respected. Not good the restaurant where i had an expensive dinner with a low quality food. The rest of the hotel is perfect and very clean.

« Perfect stay - Exactly what was needed »

We ony decided to stay 2 hours befre checking in and we could not fauly the overall experience. Very clean, comfy with great facilities. It was late in the day when we checked in and the staff were very helpfull and we were given 2 free drinks vouchers which was even better. We are due t fly from Stanstead airport in June and will be staying again.

« Nice room and good food in the restaurant »

Only stayed for one night but found the room to be a reasonable size and very clean - also the largest flat screen television of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Only stayed here originally as I had booked a hire car and the office is sited in the hotel but will definitely be using this hotel again the next time I fly in to Stansted.

Great service, perfect location and really comfortable beds would definitely recommend. Food at the bar was really nice and the shuttle bus to the airport just makes this hotel very accommodating. I cant find a fault

i was sent to a room that had not been made up. this happens, i assume, sometimes. the response to my complaint was no apologetic, and a new key was sent up. the gentlemen also made no apology, and failed to inspect the second room. as it happened, the thermostat didn't work. on checking out, i was asked how how i enjoyed my stay. I said, "there were some problems." the response was "i'm happy to hear that, sir." she hadn't really been listening to my response. poorly run hotel with bad breakfast. there is a singe coffee maker situated right by the entrance to the kitchen. as you wait in an interminable line to make your coffee, angry hurrying staff are darting in and out.

The hotel,staff and facilities were top class,the only thing that spoilt our stay was the beds!they were very hard and made awful noises when we moved and disturbed our sleep.The location was excellent for our reason for choosing the Novotel

Very good quality og everything. Very kind staff andre helpful. Good service oppturnityies andre 24/7 WIFI connection. This hotel to be recommend :-) problem, I had was. IT wasnt nearby any shops. Kind og food shops, McDonald's? Burger King? Fish andre chips? Spar? Shopping mall. Other things was very good.

This hotel is a good choice on price also the room was lovely the bar needs more choice on lagers the staff are a bit like robots need to be more human I wouldn't recommend the car hire company in reception they wouldn't accept my business card also very rude manner

« good mid-range airport hotel »

a good size clean room with tea/coffee facilities, free safe and iron/ironing board. we were a little surprised that in a double room there was only one chair to sit on. the room (323) was obviously close to the end of the runway as the aircraft noise was quite loud. overall a pleasant stay.

Stay here regularly for business. You would usually get a good night here, as you would want and expect from an Accor property. The recent renovations here are good. However, there were a couple of issues on this stay that were a problem. There was an issue at check-in with the pre-authorisation of the card, after 20 mins at the desk I was given my room key and went on my way, upon check out next morning I was advised I actually was not checked in and was listed as a no show. The concern for me was if someone else was given my room in the meantime they would have had access to all my personal and business belongings and there was a lot of value there. Secondly, the room was not vacuumed. There were toe nail clippings on the carpet at the side of the bed which is disgusting. These need addressing to stop the decline before it starts.

Very nice place, especially for Ryanair's crew. Close to the airport with a shuttle every 30 min to connect the Stansted airport terminal. Very Early breakfast, well copious with many choices. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and the bus schedule is very frequent. I do think the cost of the shuttle is rather high at £3.00 per person single trip, but I guess this is a standard practice now at all airports!!!

The global stay was ok but we were disappointed with the children's bed. It was not a sofa bed but in fact a thin sheet was dropped onto a regular sofa. Apart from this our overall stay was good. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was nice.

We arrived at 12.30 a.m. after a long journey to join another guest in the hotel and were disappointed the bar was closed and there was no minibar in the room. Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable, thank you.

« Rudest manager ever - you should be »

The actual stay and check in staff were all good. On departure they said they had no record of the pre booking being paid for in advance, so insisted another payment method. Upon finally getting through to the manager, who refused to answer the phone about a dozen times, then cut us off, he was incredibly rude, argumentative, wasn't interested in finding out what happened and then of course did not call us back as promised. Safe to say we will never be using Novotel Stansted again!

« Great modern overnight hotel for Stansted »

I parked my car here through an independent parking company, very straight forward, checked in to hotel, no fuss, very professional, had a drink and went to bed for early start, great early breakfast before my 7.30 flight, highly recommended. I had a leaking toilet Which was my only criticism .

LOVED MY STAY HERE ALBEIT ONLY ONE NIGHT Rooms were lovely wonderful large TV, fabulous big shower with decent size towels. The only thing was the bus leave on the button and i missed one and had to wait 30 mins for the next.

We stayed for 2 nights, however the room was adequately fitted out for a one night stay. Its a transient hotel serving the airport.There was only one bedside shelf and not enough space to unpack our cases fully. However other than that, it was good.

The food for the party and breakfast was excellent. We felt that the breakfast buffet was very good but spread over several rooms. Staff were all attentive. The party layout was very good with tables of 10.
