Great to be back to the place, though much had changed since we left. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice (too posh for us!) And the food/drinks were all excellent!

I had an another excellent stay in your hotel. The staff is amazing, namely Aiofe (Saturday's afternoon shift) and ladies from Friday's evening shift (I wasn't able to see their name badges). Front desk as well, they are competent and I've never encountered any kind of issue. Thank you for not letting the level of service go down over the time as I could see at some other places I've been accommodated in.

It was lovely but a little undersigned. I need to go to a meeting room but there were no signs saying where they were and the staff member I asked was also not sure. Also the paying for parking is very expensive when you're staying at the hotel anyway, and it didn't say what to do with the ticket at the end of the stay which resulted in my driving to the gate, putting the ticket in to be defined despite the fact I'd already paid for it, having to drive back and wait at reception for someone to scan it, before I could actually leave which defeated the point of using express checkout.

As a regular guest at the Novotel Stansted Airport (My Office is close by) I am always very well looked after. Staff are always pleasant, smiley and helpful. All the Rooms are a good size and all of them have MASSIVE TV's in them .

We always look forward to our holidays and always fly from Stansted and what a better way to start then staying at the Novotel - Always a FRIENDLY and helpful welcome - Very comfortable room although there appear to be different pillows this time - We like the 'Living the Dream' pillows - however, a lovely stay - We are getting to be part of the furniture HOW ABOUT a discount!!!

On arrival there was an issue with rooms in that the assigned room had not been cleaned and then my keycard would not work on the other room i was given. Staff were however very helpful and assisted me. Restaurant was excellent, food was good and staff customer service was excellent The only other issue (which I add isnt the fault of the staff) was the fire alarm going off at 5am on a Monday morning!

No problems with the room or the check in, just personally I get annoyed when checking out in the early hours of the morning and there are no staff to be found on reception.

I had a great stay. Everybody was friendly. The room was super clean. The television is huge. The bed was the best bed I have slept in for a long time. I plan on staying again. Can't recommend it enough.

The stay at the hotel was fine, however I requested a receipt be emailed to me (and ensured my email address was correct), then when nothing was received I emailed through the website and have still heard nothing. I need the receipt for expenses, for which there are strict requirements, so am not happy about the amount of follow up this is needing.

Quick check-in, room ok. Only issue was in the morning. The fire alarm went off when I as having breakfast, and none of the staff reacted - they just continued as normal. One would expect them to ensure all guests evacuated the hotel quickly. A pilot did make a point of going up to 2 members of staff to tell them they should be evacuating the dining room.

Fire alarm activated by guest apparently cooking in their bedroom. No staff instruction, confusion. No roll call of those outside front of hotel. No instruction to say safe to go back in, people just went back in on own accord when alarm stopped. Alarm continued intermittently whilst possibly being reset. Breakfast hot items not topped up at frequent intervals. Tomatoes mushrooms cold.
