We stayed for 2 nights, however the room was adequately fitted out for a one night stay. Its a transient hotel serving the airport.There was only one bedside shelf and not enough space to unpack our cases fully. However other than that, it was good.

The food for the party and breakfast was excellent. We felt that the breakfast buffet was very good but spread over several rooms. Staff were all attentive. The party layout was very good with tables of 10.

« 4 attempts too get in our room »

After telling reception 4 times that our key card didn’t work, we finally got someone from reception to check and confirm it was not working. They moved us to another room and gave us 2 drinks vouchers, which I was grateful for, if it wasn’t late and we wasn’t leaving early morning. But will stay again.

« NICE STAY »

Used this hotel upon returning to the airport from Madeira a very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff, good meal and a nice room just what was required. Location was perfect very near to the airport car parks. Well done would stay at this location again.

« Not possible to have any sleep »

This hotel has recently changed from a Hilton to a Novotel by the same owners. They have spent money re decorating and adding a big TV. This was the good bit. The bad bit(s) Room smells of paint. Shower blocked Noisy room neighbours - banging doors etc Poor sleep Not fully refurbished Paid for shuttle to airport ( although we were given a voucher to make this free )

All of our rooms are equipped with brand new Novotel ‘N concept’ mattresses and pillows however I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused to your stay. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the customer service was appalling. Tried to order room service for convenience and it was not convenient at all. Breakfast, for the cost, was appalling quality. I will definitely not be returning.

The bathroom was clean etc but the shower was so sloooooooooooooow whether you use the shower head or the hand held shower head. Apart from that - all was good at the hotel. Plenty of choice for the breakfast.

Stayed here before because of location not that I was flying on this trip. Car parking is plentiful and rooms large with huge TV. Food in restaurant good and service from all staff very good and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

« Very convenient »

This is a new close to the airport hotel - modern and very pleasant. Very comfortable room. Great for an overnight stay before an early flight. We had the package with car parking and this worked really well. The bus drive to the airport terminal takes about 15 minutes and runs every half hour. £3 per person each way.
