The overall experience was good, but there were several things which could be improved to make this a fully 5-star experience: 1. The check-in process was very slow with too many steps/forms. Business travelers need speedy check-in because they are often rushing to appointments. In the end I had to leave without a receipt as I was in a hurry. 2. Additionally frustrating was the refusal of a US dollar note with a small mark. At a five-star property, I wouldn't expect this type of petty problem (particularly given that the CBM issued notifications that USD notes should be accepted in any condition). 3. I noted that the local guests were treated differently than the foreign guests. This is not acceptable as all guests, no matter the age or nationality should be treated equally.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is really good. Will definitely stay there again. This trip we didn’t try their food outlet only spent some times in a bar at the lobby. A park is opposite the hotel where one could enjoy people watching.

We had a very nice experience in this hotel. The staff was truly amazing, especially the staff at the restaurant (breakfast; one waiter, I forgot his name unfortunately, was always asking about us, checking we had a good night, and helping with everything we needed. You should definitely promote him...). Very well located, only a few steps from Sule Pagoda. Swimming pool was nice and relaxing after a very warm day walking in Yangon.

The Staff at check in were very helpful, Restaurant Staff great and very attentive. ATM machine in smelly stair to carpark not a great location. I am glad to stay at Pullman Yangon Hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I love the foods served at the Italian restaurant in the hotel so I had 3 meals there during my 4 days stay. The room condition is well maintained and clean for my comfort. I like the strategic location of the hotel where i could walk around see some authentic government buildings. Did i forget to mention about the golden Buddhism pagoda temple and Catholic church. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Just to highlight something that the lifts are too dark for safety reason and hopefully to have a drinking water refill machine at each floor for guests to have unlimited water refills while saving the Earth from plastic bottle disposal. Thank you for your great service and have a pleasant day ahead. :)

Check in time is generally 2pm but I can check in early at 11am. The staffs are very kindness and friendly. The room was very clean and bathroom was beautiful. Swinging pool is very nice as well. Totally I like it I wanna stay again and again.
