« Wonderful Memory of our Honeymoon experience! »

We visited Yangon for a short honeymoon as we wanted to experience a new local culture that we have not seen before. Chose to stay at Pullman and we did not regret one bit even though we had to walk some distance to the nearest convenience store. Staff were ALL welcoming and helpful. We were impressed with the quality of service. Ordered room service and the food was great too! Would strongly recommend my friends and family to visit Pullman Yangon next time.

Every staff is friendly and kind. They always come out of their way to help us on anything. As we were on honeymoon, they decorated our room with roses everywhere and a honeymoon cake was really lovely. Housekeeper was excellent. They cleaned up the room very quick and neat. When we came back from breakfast, we found the room was perfectly cleaned. And bathroom amenities were filled up each day. They provide all amenities and facility that we need. The room is spacious and comfortable. We will recommend the hotel to anyone who will travel to Yangon and would love to return again soon.

The moment you walk into this hotel you are greeted by such welcoming ,friendly and helpful staff. Although this property was previously owned by another chain ,the Pullman has done a brilliant job in bringing it to the Pullman standard. The rooms are well appointed,good size and good facilities with amazing views. breakfast was awesome and Manager there is extremely polite and wants you to try all the Burmese dishes for breakfast which is very pleasant

The 5 Star guest service was not yet develop - not prepared for my arrival, even though informed via email. Not considered my request for a quiet room, nor offer to be picked up. While staying at the pool no service offer. SPA was still under construction. However, the restaurant was more than perfect - paying attention to my dietary needs (freshly baked glutenfree bread, pasta and treats) and offering most amazing service! After a bad start, the stay was most memorable! Thanks to the Team!

Stayed over for a yew days in Pullman Yangon. This is by far my best experience in any Pullman hotel. Staffs' attention to details was immaculate and highly interactive and friendly. I had also told the staff that I will be celebrating my anniversary with my wife, the room was really nicely decorated along with a nice cake, the team went well beyond their routine scope of work to make everything so delightful. Really kudos to them team. I would also like to specially mention Khine Ei Ei who was really nice and helpful during our stay. She was very friendly and helpful in helping me plans some sightseeing locations as well. A very big thank you to all the staff at Pullman Yangon for making my stay such a lovely one.

This is new Accor's property in Yangon, still soft opening, not all facilities are finished but prospect is good. Don't worry also - you won't see the construction works ongoing, hear any noise or feel any smell in the rooms. Rooms are clean (new) with modern equipment, everything works perfect. Although executive floor is not yet available, there is separate area arranged for executive lounge at the lobby area. Breakfast was very good, I like the choice of western and local food - noodles prepared by the staff was perfect. Check in and check out without any problems, quick and professional. Ms. Basuki was very friendly and professional, answered all questions I've asked about this new place in Yangon. I'm looking forward to stay there again and wish you can make the Grand Opening soon.

Experienced great service from the moment we stepped in. All departments were well trained and ready to assist. Keep it up! We personally do not quite like the longish layout of the bathroom. We truly appreciate the room upgrade. The spaciousness of our assigned room was great but could do with some added cosiness like a couch, some pictures on the walls, etc. Some bright accessories would certainly be cheery.
